It feels good in the hand and connected wonderfully. Then about two days later it was not working. Would not connection or show up to connect. Switched channels and the computer found it and back up and running. then a few days later it was gone again. We again switched channels and there it was. Got up the next day and it was gone again. I learned how to reset the channels but it is not worth it to have to reset the channels everyday just to use your mouse. The support site is centered more around Apple than Windows.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

Unfortunately, it started getting kind of wonky of late, so I figured it was time for an update. So I bought this MX Anywhere 3S Mouse from BestBuy. It initially worked great! Seamlessly connected to my laptop via Bluetooth (no dongle necessary!). The mouse is fast and smooth, and does everything you need a mouse to do. Unfortunately, the mouse stopped working after about two or three weeks. It simply lost its connection to my laptop, and is undiscoverable. So I've temporarily reverted back to my trusty old 2S. Planning to bring this one back to BestBuy. It's been over 30 days, so I'm hoping they'll give me a replacement.
