My Apple keyboard was wearing out and it was time for a new one. My iMac is located in a spot that is often dimly lit. For a while, I had been thinking a lighted one would be nice. So, I looked online and found this one - exactly what I wanted and available at a Best Buy in my area. Slightly cheaper than a new full size Apple keyboard. I have used it for a month now. I like the keyboard action better than the Apple. I like the slightly cupped shape of the keys - it guides fingers better. The lighting is nice. The light turns itself off and on to save battery. At times I wish it was always on. All in all, I think it a better wireless keyboard for a better price and Logitech is a quality brand.

Pricey but worth every. single. penny. Saw so many reviews about this keyboard and thought it was all hype but I was wrong. I see why people choose this over the apple keyboard and this offer so much more. Get the MX Masters 3 mouse to make perfect match.

Finally, the keyboard I've been looking for. My apple keyboard died recently. I then bought the new apple magic keyboard which I had to return right away- the clicking sound is impossible for me. (How can they sell it like that at all?) So I tried another Mac compatible keyboard- but the round keys- can't do that either. Another return. THIS third buy is it. After carefully reading all pros and cons pre purchase, I was prepared for a difficult time with set up- however set up turned out to be easy (mostly because I figured that out with the previous non mac keyboard I returned). And yet- the one setback is that it comes with a C to C charging cable when Best Buy lists it C to A USB which is what I have. C to C does not work on my Mac. SO, I have to go back and hopefully exchange it at no cost as Logitech suggested. I just hope it will be the same style cable as the length and quality and color are very good.

Getting the right Keyboard for you Mac to function properly is import for sure. This gets the job done. Its a great keyboard that is not only comfortable to use but the smart backlit functions are a nice touch. If the back lighting is used often you will have to charge the Keyboard about once a week. I do not use my computer in the dark so I disabled that function and I haven't had to charge my Keyboard in weeks.

This keyboard is awesome for Macs. It feels like an upgraded version of Apple's keyboard. It's still somewhat low profile, but is much more comfortable to type on. The battery life is averaging about 3 months for me using it for work M-F for 8-10 hours. It's very easy to charge it with type-c connector. Logitech also has an optional wrist rest that goes with this MX keyboard that is also great. I recommend buying both.

So this is an awesome keyboard. Nice heavy weight to it. The backlighting is great. The easygoing of switching multiple devices is probably my favorite part. I use it for a Mac, windows machine and ipad. Seamless transition. Just a great product!

This keyboard is amazing. Love the backlighting, has a good weight that makes it feel durable and high quality. Love the easy switch buttons to very quickly switch between up to three different devices! Battery life is amazing as well.

I am a former windows user, who recently switched to a MacBook air. I wanted a more standard keyboard for typing at my desk. I did a lot of research and finally decided to try this keyboard vs, the traditional flat key Mac style keyboards. This keyboard is great. It has more weight to it than I thought and the cups/curves in the keys stop any traveling like I experience on the standard Mac style keyboards. This is the first keyboard I have with the backlight and I am really enjoying it. The battery life has been great so far. It was more money than I wanted to spend, but Best Buy price matched; so it was less than advertised. Definitely glad I purchased this, it would have been worth it at full price. You won’t be sorry if you purchase this.

I had the Apple magic keyboard prior to this and replaced it with this one. The Apple magic keyboard feels really dated agains this one. The backlit keys and easy ability to switch paired devices made this a no brainer winner against the magic keyboard for me.

This keyboard works so well with my MacBook Pro. I love how the look of it matches the space grey so well. I love how the keys are quite and very responsive. I was worried that the indentation in the keys would make typing awkward and there would be a learning curve but it feels very natural. Not the most ergonomic keyboard so I wouldn’t recommend it if you are using it for long workdays, but it works if you are using it a few hours per day. Setting it up is a little complex but once it is done switching between devices is so easy. This is a great keyboard I would recommend to Mac users.

Love this keyboard! I love how it lights up right as I’m about to use it. It’s quiet and the keys have a small under ion that feels good on your finger tips.

I use this keyboard on both my mac and pc over bluetooth (mac) and the logi dongle (pc) and it is awesome. Setup is easy, switching devices is easy. I love that it has the number pad and the keys are so buttery. Holds a charge for a long time, even longer if you shut backlighting off. I spend more time on the keyboard than almost anyone (not proud) and this is my favorite keyboard ever.

I very rarely review products, but after only one day using this keyboard, I had to leave one. Prior to purchasing the MX Keys, I had been using a Logitech K750. The K750 worked well enough, but after several years of use it died on me right in the middle of the work day, so I had to rush to Best Buy to find something new. I didn't do much research, and I had actually planned on purchasing the Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, but I read a few reviews and decided to give the MX a try. I'm REALLY glad I went with this keyboard!!! I have used the Apple keyboard and this thing is far superior in my opinion! I spend most of my day typing for work, and I never would have thought a new keyboard could make me so happy. If you're going back and fourth between the MX and the Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, pick the MX!

LOVE. IT. The option to set up multiple computers is a game changer. I've had it a few weeks and still have yet to charge it. Overall > perfect for getting work done without the headache of battery changes / not connecting / wires. Excellent.

Cool lights on the keyboard. They only turn on when a key is pressed to save battery life. Has some pretty good heft to it so you don't feel like it'll break under the stress of a strongly worded e-mail. Nice!

This keyboard is everything you could want in a mac keyboard. They switches feel amazing and the keyboard looks awesome. With COVID, I wanted to get a second monitor and a keyboard and mouse for home. I would recommend this to anyone 10/10.

Heavy use since I purchased in January. Terrific product, works exactly as expected (and I am easily disappointed). Keys feel perfect. Love that you can pair this with three different computers and mix bluetooth and dongle connections. My setup, I have a Macbook, a PC, and a work laptop. All are connected to the same monitor. When I'm "in the office" the work laptop is connected via bluetooth, "at home" on my Macbook, keyboard is connected via bluetooth, if I need to be on my personal desktop PC, I'm connected via the dongle. Flawless. This got the extra keyboard clutter from my desktop which was the productivity improvement I was looking for. I highly recommend this keyboard.

This keyboard has a short and satisfying key travel. Its weight gives a sense of quality and makes it very stable as you type away on it. There is no battery to change. The keyboard can be charged from a USB-C port using the provided cable.

Perfect keyboard for a Mac. Bluetooth connection works great, the backlit keys are adjustable and battery life is as advertised. I love that you can charge the keyboard and still use it at the same time.

It’s a really good keyboard. I love how the lighting turns on and off depending if you are using the keyboard. It was a little hard to connect and get going at first since the instructions aren’t great. Its not five stars because it is a little too expensive in my opinion since the typing experience isn’t nearly as good as a mechanical keyboard but still pretty good. Basically its a nicer magic keyboard.
