I had Logitech K800 keyboards for years. Loved them, except inevitably, one key would fail after 6-12 months. I paid extra for the BB warranty so I could just take the old one in and get a new one. Unfortunately, the K800 is no longer being manufactured AFAIK. Enter the Logitech MX Keys. It seems like a nice little sturdy keyboard, but after several weeks of use, I have several complaints. First of all, it is very difficult to see the keys without the backlighting enabled. The sales images make it look better than it is. The characters on the keys are medium gray against a black background. The backlighting works nicely to combat this, but you have to install their app to configure it, or the backlights shut off in an absurdly short period of time. And even with the app, you still cannot configure the lighting to stay on continuously. Second, Logi. replaced some very nice shortcut keys on the K800 with a set of keys that have dual functions. You have to hit Fn+ESC to switch between the actions. Okay, it works, but it's super annoying. Third- battery life is awful. My K800 would hold a charge for up to a month with me coding 8-10 hour days and backlighting enabled. This board has to charged every 3 or 4 days or you're in the dark, and again, without the backlighting, forget it. It's also $30+ more than the old K800. I almost returned it within the 15 day window BB provides for refund, but decided to stick with it. On the plus side, it has a sturdy feel and is nice on the fingers once you get used to it. But I probably won't be getting another logitech.

If you want a keyboard that’s backlit that works and syncs with multiple devices, this is the one to get. The typing expirence is nice once you get used to it.

This is my first wireless backlit keyboard and I am really enjoying it so far. Bluetooth works fine with no lag issues. I bought the all black keyboard because it matches my setup.

Feels like a prime keyboard, no "gamer" thing like a lot of mechanical keyboards that sells now. Perfect for a comfortable typing for everyday usage. Back light perfect for low ligth environments.

The keys on this keyboard or really quiet and fells a lot like a laptop. Sometimes the light is slow to respond when detecting motion but it’s not a big problem.

excellent keyboard! I like the way my fingers fit on the keys and how easily they depress. I have actually started typing faster with fewer mistakes due to the feel of the keyboard.

Got tired of my Apple keyboard burning through batteries. This keyboard is perfect, and holds a charge far longer than the battery version did.
