Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the ergonomic design, smooth scroll wheel, and excellent battery life of the MX Master 3 mouse. Many appreciate the high-quality build and the extensive customization options, along with its Bluetooth connectivity and multi-device capabilities. However, some find the mouse to be large and heavy. A few users have also reported issues with software consistency and occasional lag.

Very good mouse, but more expensive. If you don't need extra key, MX 2 would be a nice choice.

A few weeks into using this so review is based on use thus far. I’m not a gamer or a tech guru but I have disposable income and like things that seem to make my workflow easier and this nails it. Fits my tiny baby woman hand well. Smooth clicks like the control options only grip is I should have gotten black. My 7 year olds also use it and even though it seems like a huge mouse it actually fit their hands and my 6’5” husband’s ogre hand equally well.

When the mouse I was using for work started skipping around erratically, I replaced the battery and then bought a new mouse pad. Neither resolved the problem. I have an original MX Master mouse that I have used for over 5 years at home. The larger size and feature set were a good match for me. So... I bought the MX Master 3. The tracking and scroll speed are amazing! Without a doubt, the best mouse I have ever used.

Very happy with it. I bought it for the shape, and height, not the extra buttons. Pros fits my larger hand very well. eliminates fatigue compared to other smaller mice It failed after about 2 years (1 year warranty) I thought it was a 3 year warranty, and submitted a claim to Logitech, and Logitech after telling me it was out of warranty and with no prompting replaced it anyways. NOW THIS IS A CUSTOMER FOCUS

    Best mouse I've ever used

Had this mouse for over a year and it is amazing, I love the mag scroll wheel, the extra buttons are also great. Going from the master 3 at home to cheap mice in other locations feels wrong. The master 3 lets you move and be so much more productive, forward and back buttons right on your thumb to, side scroll wheel to switch between tabs and the thumb pad button to quickly go to the desktop. This it the second one I own now.

Less occurrence of drag-lag (with Bluetooth on laptop) than the M720 Triathlon (satisfyingly destroyed in a fit of lag-related rage), but I miss having the 1-2-3 button on top. Logitech Flow is great ( I often use 2 laptops and a desktop at the same time) but it is not dependable, so getting to that button is more necessary than I thought. Still, if I had to choose, I'd choose not dragging contents to the wrong locations every time.
