The MX Master 3S remains a capable productivity mouse, but compared directly to the MX Master 4, it earns a 3‑star rating because one flaw becomes impossible to ignore: the gesture button simply isn’t as responsive. During normal use, pressing it often results in no action at all—no menu, no gesture trigger, nothing. That inconsistency breaks workflow rhythm and makes navigation feel less reliable than it should. The overall comfort is still strong, and the ergonomics that made the MX Master line popular are fully present. Battery life is excellent as always, lasting through long workdays without concern. But when a core control point fails intermittently, the experience feels dated next to the smoother, more dependable Action Button on the MX Master 4. The 3S is still a good mouse—but once you’ve used the 4, its shortcomings stand out clearly.

This mouse was compatable with my lab top and everyday mobility! My husband also loved it too. Surprisingly, we Love this product and well worth the purchase! It was also easy to look up how to use which buttons for waht online. I appreciate the simple instructions and the ergonomics of this prouduct! This is by far the best productivity mouse I have used, and I have used many mice. For comfort, ease of use, and creature comforts, this is it. Two scroll wheels, smooth tracking, and nice grips make this an office worker's dream. Also great for work since the clicks are so quiet. I can be used in a pinch for gaming, but that is not its intended use.

Absolutely great mouse. I've always heard the MX Master line was good but hadn't tired one until now. Very responsive, even on a frosted glass desktop -- no need for a mouse pad anymore. Can be charged and used at the same time, although really doesn't need charging that often (~ 1x/mo). The price was a bit more than I was expecting but the quality and features explain the cost.

Great Mouse. Simple installation. Love the ability to switch between computers with a simple button. Only complaint is that I'm replacing one that's only a couple years old. From a few online videos, I've taken the old one apart - bit tricky - but think I can fix the old one. For the cost of the mouse, this should have lasted a few more years at least. Huge difference in smoothness in clicking and gliding between the old and new. Wouldn't have noticed the degredation without having the old and new side by side.

I like that it’s pretty quiet and can be used across multiple operating systems with a quick switch. However, it feels a bit heavy for me. It would be great if it had an open bottom to adjust the weight like some of the G models. Overall, it’s reasonably priced and Logitech has never disappointed me

I was skeptical at first that this mouse might be too bulky and not very responsive, and the price is definitely higher than many mice, but it was highly rated so I decided to give it a try. That skepticism has proven unfounded. The mouse is very comfortable and responsive. The thumb wheel makes horizontal scrolling really convenient. The programmable buttons let me add some quick functionality to the mouse that takes multiple keys on the keyboard. I also like that it pairs with up to 3 devices, allowing to me switch it out between desktop and laptop with ease. For me, this mouse is worth the extra money.

I was skeptical at first because it wasn’t as expensive as a Razor product, but it was easy to pair and setup with the Logitech application and the quiet clicks are amazing. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want to pay 200 dollars for a mouse but have the abilities to map hotkeys to it.

I like the form of the mouse and the index finger scrolling. The clicking sound is very quiet. Accuracy and preciseness of the mouse is great. I bought this mouse for the thumb scroll roller so I could use it on spreadsheets. What I’ve been finding is that the horizontal scroll in excel is quirky. It isn’t as smooth of scroll as the vertical scrolling. But I think the scrolling quirkiness is more so due to excel and not the mouse.

I was looking for a mouse with a side scroll wheel and found this one. It's been a wonderful mouse, not only for the side scrolling, but also because of the main scroll wheel being able to freely spin or ratchet to scroll more slowly. I also like how it feels in my hand and all the buttons.

This mouse is a game changer, Bluetooth connection for up to 3 laptops, no need to lug around the ant. It seamlessly connects with a click of a button. Hand rests comfortably on the mouse.

I have arthritis and this is this far one of my faves, it helps balance pressure on your wrist and makes the clicking and gripping of you noise more ergonomically comfortable

This is an excellent product from ergonomic point of view and its buttons are working very well and quietly, even though I am not very sensitive about it. But scroll is not working very well. It moves unwanted sometimes.

Overall, love this mouse. Used the 3 for about 4 years until the coating wearing off was just too annoying. The quiet click update is definitely nice, but it took a little adjusting to get used to. Using this with a Mac. You really don't need the "for Mac" version, it's just a different color way. This one works perfectly fine. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the coating that is known to wear off over time.

This mouse is a definite productivity enhancer. It is very smooth and I had the previous version with the same results. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product.

It is easy to pair to my computer and it works well

Nice design and good functions, especially for office use. A minor issue is that, when you move the mouse a bit quicker (or you can shake it on purpose to replicate this issue), you will find the page is scrolled.
