New model has improved

I purchased the MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse 10/9/2015 it lasted almost 7 years, loved it. No issues with it so I recently purchased MX Master 3S Wireless Laser Mouse, the new model is better then the old, the grip is slight improved, the functions are a bit crisper and the right click is quieter. I'd buy another one.

The inclusion of USB C is a big upgrade from the previous generations and the side scroll wheel is much more pleasant to use. My only gripe with the mouse are the mushier clicks compared to the original 3, but makes this mouse better for a quiet setting.

You plug it in and turn on the button on the bottom of the mouse. Thats pretty much it unless you decide to use bluetooth. Once u download the logi options app, you can program the buttons to be almost anything you want. I set 2 side buttons to have 1 for copy and 1 for paste

I don’t need all of the capabilities of the MX Master right now, but I’ve been getting into some creative apps & felt I could future proof my setup.

Posted .It sounds like a great decision to grab the MX Master 3S! It's definitely a solid upgrade path from the MX Anywhere 3S, especially if you're dipping your toes into creative applications. The extra features of the MX Master will definitely come in handy as you explore those programs further.
