I’ve owned Logitech mice in the past and they have only gotten better over the years.

Didn't love the size at first, because I was adjusting from using a much smaller mouse. But after 1 week and an awesome speed upgrade during gaming, I love it!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this as a gift to help declutter my desk from wires and was excited for a new "high quality" mouse. However, after configuring options and the mouse working well for maybe a single full day it has been a nightmare ever since and an extreme hinderance to my performance at work. From extreme lagging to not moving or responding at all on a daily basis at random. The ONLY very short term solution I've found is to plug the mouse in to the charging cable but this is a WIRELESS mouse. Unfortunately I disposed of the box instantly assuming I could trust Logitech but I was wrong and can no longer return it. Needless to say, we'll steer clear of Logitech in my household from now on. My $25 generic gaming mouse blows this thing away on every front.

Posted .That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.
Excellent Mouse - lots of features

I could not be more happy. I was concerned how long the charge would last but I have had it for 10 days and it is still at 90%. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Great introduction into MX Master series

I personally upgraded so I could match my white laptop with a "whiter" mouse (according to pictures). Let's just say the mouse is not as white as it is in pictures. Overall, if this is your first MX Master mouse, its an excellent upgrade from other types of mouses, as it is very comfortable and the less audible clicks make it great for working at night.

Still a great mouse

I enjoy the same quality as my old one, and the small improvements are welcome. The quality and battery life are top notch and pairing is simple.

This isn't built for gaming however the eye on it very rarely has issues which I find to be quite good. The clicks and scrolling are very smooth.

The upgraded version is that plus more. I love all of the options and over all dynamic ability of this mouse. Pricey but worth it.
