Pros: Super fast Smooth movements Quiet clicks Cons: Left thumb button is a bit hard to click

Purchased this in Nov. 2023. Excellent mouse when it works. About 6 months ago, I began having problems with the left button - click and drag worked only intermittently or not at all. I disassembled the mouse and used a brush and blower to clean out the dust and it was OK again. Then, a couple weeks ago, same problem - can't click and drag with left button. Works OK with the buttons reversed, but that's not a reasonable workaround. This time, cleaning did no good. The mouse is useless and out of warranty. I'm a heavy-duty computer user, but a $100 mouse should last more than a year. I replaced it with a $20 Tecknet mouse that's maybe 75% as good, but at least it will be cheaper to replace. Logitech seems to have QC issues with its input devices across the board. I've also had QC problems with multiple MX Keys keyboards that simply stop working after a while apparently due to shoddy manufacturing. These products are expensive but seem worth it at first because the features are solid and the ergonomics are great. That's why they get good reviews on tech sites. Unfortunately, the reviews don't account for durability. As a result, I'm no longer inclined to purchase mice or keyboards from Logitech no matter what the reviews say.

Great ergonomically designed mouse. Works on all surfaces

This mouse is great. Very comfortable, and the new quiet buttons are great.

It is a great mouse. Lots of different options to custom program each button. I have a few mice from Logitech, including the MX Master 3 and a few others. This specific one has a soft click feature on the mouse for when you left click something. It takes a little getting used to, as you do not hear the click and the tactile response from the mouse is a little muted. IT tracks like a champ, You do accidentally hit some keys on it from time to time, so it is important for you to download the software and customize it.

Wasn’t overly impressed for the money. I do however love logitechs trackball mouse. This just didn’t feel that much better in the hand than a cheaper mouse. Has a lot of cool functions, just didn’t meet my expectations

I bought this to replace MX Anywhere 3S at home, which replaced my Magic Mouse at work. I don’t need all of the capabilities of the MX Master right now, but I’ve been getting into some creative apps & felt I could future proof my setup.

One of the best wireless mouse I have ever used. Very fast scrolling and no delayed responses. Would recommend this product to anyone who depends on a reliable mouse for work.

I wish it was a little lighter. The Logitech program that automatically downloads when you plug the mouse in, is nice and interactive. Makes it easy to customize the mouse.

This thing silky smooth, I love it. Has many functions that I dont even know but great quality

This has made my work day so much more efficient. I work as customer service and having copy, paste, backspace, enter, and shift+click programmed on my mouse has made the work flow so much easier, and it has a litany of functions and modifications beyond my needs. Best money I’ve spent for my work setup, hands down.
