      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue:
      1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.
      2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay.
      3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.
      4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

    It lags and freezes all the time, the original mx mouse never had this issue not sure if this is just this unit but it's super annoying.

    Got it to the office and was excited to see it work. Found it glitching, skipping, and jumping in a frustrating and unusable manner. For $100 dollars it sucks — bad. Google the reviews on issues before buying. Sure wish I had done so.

    Had to return it. The shape and position of the wheel is awkward. The finger pads are slanted but the wheel sticks straight up in stead of sitting perpendicular to the plane of the buttons. This causes the finger to have to rest on the edge of the wheel, which unfortunately is not rounded. It is a flat/hard edge. This became quite uncomfortable rather quickly. A rounded edge on the wheel would've been perfect.

    Mouse is ok, but scroll wheel is not as convent as cheaper models and mouse has to be reset often.

    Will sometimes randomly loose connection, unsure of a bug in the bolt software, Will update if any fix comes.
