This is frustrating for $100 mouse. 2nd high priced Logitech mouse I've had, and both have had reliability issue. Research online indicates this is common problem with this mouse, and with Logitech in general, that they're aware of it and haven't addressed despite years of similar complaints. High quality switches are up to $2, and probably less for Logitech who would obviously order in bulk. I'm reading that higher end tech products like this generally have decent profit margin, suggesting enough budget to cover decent switches. All of this leads to suspicion of deliberate planned obsolescence. I'd rate this mouse higher based on the first few months of use, but with suspicion and frustration with being taken advantage of, having to buy the product again every year or two, I'm hard pressed to give more than 1 star. If this isn't actually a common problem, then higher ratings can outweigh mine. If this mouse lasted years instead of just 1 year, it'd certainly be worth it.

The 3S is no exception. Major changes from previous models include the switch to the bolt adapter, so if you've been using unifying receivers and don't want to use bluetooth, you will need the included bolt adapter. The click is also much quieter with a softer, yet still tactile, feel to it. Some may like this while others might be totally put off.

Almost perfect mouse

Very comfortable to use. My only complaint is the device switcher being on the bottom. I we wish it was located on the top somewhere, so I didn't have to lift and flip over the mouse.
