Just would make it a bit more convienient

Ultra-high DPI is nice. However, there is one huge flaw with this mouse - Logitech changed the wireless receiver standard from the Unifying spec to Logi Bolt. The Bolt is supposed to be more secure and use Bluetooth Low Energy technology, which is nice, but they did not make it backwards compatible with devices that connect via the Unifying receiver! Meaning, if you still use older Logitech hardware, you need to have two receivers connected to your laptop (where open USB ports may already be scarce). In addition, I wanted to switch my mouse between my work and personal computers. But now that this mouse only works with the Bolt, I would have to buy another Bolt receiver so I can interchange between the two machines. *eye-roll* Sadly, I didn't know that Logitech was releasing this new standard, and it isn't well advertised on the packaging that it uses the Bolt, so it's easy to get surprised. I contacted Logitech Tech Support and there seems to no plan to make Bolt compatible with devices that connected via Unifying. So, sadly I have to return this because the ability to switch the mouse between my machines on the fly was my main objective, and I refuse to buy another receiver because Logitech didn't think about making Bolt backwards compatible.

I am sorry that the MX Master 3S did not meet your expectations. As you already know, the Bolt USB receiver is a new version of the Unifying receiver that provides the security levels acceptable for Logitech standards and fits most users' needs. Unfortunately, that is the nature of technology; as it progresses, we must leave behind old products and buy new ones to stay updated. However, with the MX Master 3S, you can still use the Bluetooth connection with multiple devices without the need to use more wireless adapters or change your current Logitech devices. I can't use it to play games without feeling the sluggishness. It is a well built mouse, just a shame that there's so much latency. If you're thinking about using this just for productivity/browsing it's a very nice mouse, but it's an absolute miss for games.
