Not a heavy user and mouse kept at desk and never dropped. Noticed issue when the click and drag functionality began to have issues and gradually it got worse. Doesn’t work at all now. As an unrelated note this was the white color option for this mouse and it turned brown and dirty really fast. If I could go back and choose again I’d get the black one just so it wouldn’t show the grime. Before the button failure I was happy with the mouse. For the price less than 2 years doesn’t feel like a fair return.

I wouldn't buy it again

Wireless mice are hit or miss, and I was really disappointed that while it has a USB-C port on the front, you can't actually use it as a wired mouse. So you still get the odd connectivity issue that disrupts your work flow. I use a lot of different PCs too, and it happens with all of them. I've used it with direct Bluetooth and the dongle; doesn't make a difference. If I'm spending $100 on a mouse again, I'm buying something that has a wired option.

Avoid the white model if possible.
