Comfortable and responsive. Lots of customization. The side scroll wheel is awesome. Will never get another mouse without it.

I had purchased a prior model in 2020 and loved it. Used everyday for work I was devastated when is began to wear out. Purchased this as a replacement and pleasantly surprised it’s even better than the last. Still customizable with dual scrolls makes work efficient and easy. Move responsive then I would have expected for a Bluetooth mouse, was used for gaming and appeared to be just as quick to respond as usb gaming mouse.

Surprisingly Great Mouse

The features of this mouse and the ease of transition between devices with the push of a button made me glad I got this one instead!

My reason for such a low rating is Logitech’s customer service is terrible. I’ve bought 4 or 5 mx master mice throughout the years, both for work and home use. 3 of them have unexpectedly developed issues, or stopped working entirely. If you try to go through the warranty process, it will take about a month before you have a replacement in hand, and the replacement is a refurbished mouse, not a new one. It’s such a hassle that I’d sooner just buy a new one, and the next time my mouse goes out, I will be looking at other brands for my business.

So comfortable. It fits my hand perfectly. I will never go back to the keep "disposable" mice I used in the past.

And there is not way to add resistance, only take resistance out. But still a great mouse for work! Can scroll up and down, and left and right. Great for Excel.

I don’t literally see the difference both the looks and the performance are the same. But still I love the mouse. It fits perfectly in my hand.

Love it Battery life is also good. Another great feature is you can use the mouse whilst charging.

Easily will be more productive through applications with its customizable shortcuts and the feel and comfort is superb.

GREAT LOGITECH MOUSE

My only complain, if this counts as one, I will soon need to upgrade my current Logitech keyboard to one that accepts the Logi Bolt receiver. As of now those keyboards a very expensive.
