Well - I had hoped I would never have to write a review like this, but I guess it had to happen. For starters, I LOVE my MX Master 3S - All the features, are exactly as described and have been GREAT with my Mac. Never had to use the wireless dongle as all of the Macs that I have used this with (and iPads) have worked flawlessly! The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because it's now DEAD. Battery won't charge. I bought this in April of 2023, and in June, 2025 I noticed that it wouldn't charge past 50% - today, July 5th 2025, it won't charge past 10%. I thought to myself, no big deal, I'm sure I can just get a replacement battery for it and everything will be great. Well... you can get a replacement battery for it for around $25 - but you have to heat the feet, remove the foot pads, without removing the adhesive, then take it apart, then separate the battery from the adhesive holding it in, replace the battery, then get it all back together. If you are lucky enough not to have bent the feet, or separated the adhesive from the feet when you were taking them off, you can reuse those - otherwise you'll need replacement feet. I don't have the time for all of that. So I will buy another one (because it is awesome) and likely get the extended warranty, if it's offered - because it looks like 2 years is about all you'll get out of them. I would highly recommend them, but know that you'll be replacing it in a couple of years.

Great mouse, I would recommend. It can connect with receiver or via bluetooth.

Just what I was looking for. Super comfortable to use. I dont need all the extras of the thumb button, but the horizontal scrolling wheel and fit of the mouse is great.

I haven't had the mouse (and been using it) all that long, but it appears to work as advertised. I specifically bought it for my MacBook (FCPX and Photoshop use) to help streamline workflows for various programs. As a basic mouse, it's excellent, but again.. I haven't been able to explore/use all its features just yet. So far, so good though.

Comfortable and silent clicks. Battery life is great when charged fully.

I really like these mice, I have a few of them now. I originally had the MX Anywhere 3S, but overtime found these to just be too small for my hand (but otherwise a great travel mouse). I then switched to the M720 Triathlon, which I would not recommend. These MX Master's are very comfortable and the buttons all have sufficient resistance so you do not accidently press anything.

Amazing for working and gaming. Very easy to customize for workflows. Chargeable with a usb-c is a huge plus. Not a gaming mouse, but comfortable for long periods of use and weight make it easy to use. Perfect every day mouse.

Was deciding between this and the vertical master from Logitech - was very glad I chose this! It's very comfortable in the hand and the ability to customize layout based on what app you're working in is awesome! I wasn't sure I'd like the new silent click but it's surprisingly nice and the scroll wheel feels very nice.

This mouse is great for discovering new ways to optimize your workflow. Every button being remappable for the entire device and on a per app basis is very nice to allow for ease of navigation and usability of certain apps. My only complaints are in the shape and weight of the mouse alongside the polling rate. I notice that the mouse only polls at 125hz which sometimes feels jittery due to dropped packages. The weight is a bit heavier than I'd like, and the shape misses some curves that could make the mouse fatiguing to use for a long duration for certain grip types. However these issues only apply tp those that use a lower DPI, and people that use a more typical high DPI will find no issues with this.

Love this mouse and won't use any other. I'm 70 years old and have terrible arthritis in my hands. This mouse is the most comfortablest one I have found. Thank you Best buy for fast prompt delivery!

I love the feel of this mouse and it's very portable. I don't have to charge it long. The extra features are fun to play with but not totally necessary.

I originally got this for the ergonomic design and the thumb scroll. After I opened the box I found out that there was more to it than that! After you connect it to your computer, you have the option to customize what each button does. This mouse has vastly improved my workflow. And it connects to 3 different devices if you need. This thing is amazing!

Runs smoothly Battery life is amazing Not overly expensive

Nice feel. I enjoy the thumb roller to move laterally on spreadsheets. Requires a USBC to charge periodically. Quite buttons! Had to purchase a USB hub to put the dongle directly in front of the mouse. Articles online claim cell phones disrupt the Bluetooth signal. With the hub parked closes to the mouse and keyboard pair, all is working great.

I love this mouse. This will be my second one as i wasnt too careful traveling with it. The feel and precision is great. Love the scrolling. Rather expensive but if I take care it should last for a long time
