This is definitely like the old keyboards. The sound is awesome! The keyboard is very responsive so the typing flow is fast.

Very good keyboard but no real customizing of keys and it could use better color options. Being able to switch between multiple devices was a perk.

I had a disappointing experience with both the product quality and Best Buy Support. The item was defective right out of the box — the caps lock would activate automatically when using the shift key. My initial interaction with Best Buy Support was frustrating, as the first chat agent was completely unhelpful. The second agent assisted me in returning the item. It took about an hour of chat with Best Buy Support to just get to the point where they helped return the item. But after the return, Best Buy took no further action until I reached out to their support team again. Then they told me their Support had dropped the ball and though they provided me a return shipping label, they had failed to initiate a replacement. And that the only option is to refund. So this was another hour of wasted time with Best Buy Support. Two hours of my time just wasted by Best Buy. I have used Logitech products for many years, and this was the first time I received a defective product. I can understand that. However, Best Buy's Support is unacceptable. If you are reading this, please buy the Logitech product from another vendor.

Great keyboard. I really like the clicking sound and how easy it is to map the keys.

I usually don’t like brown switches, I prefer blue. However, I like these brown switches. Having Mac/Win keys are nice.

Good keyboard except it stopped working just after the year warranty was up and Logitechs customer support was horrible. Had to purchase a new one.The keyboard was excellent in terms of performance and features, but unfortunately, it broke down just after the one-year warranty period ended. I reached out to Logitech's customer support for assistance, but my experience was very disappointing. They were unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory solution to my issue. As a result, I ultimately had to buy a new keyboard to replace the faulty one.
