Good keyboard except it stopped working just after the year warranty was up and Logitechs customer support was horrible. Had to purchase a new one.The keyboard was excellent in terms of performance and features, but unfortunately, it broke down just after the one-year warranty period ended. I reached out to Logitech's customer support for assistance, but my experience was very disappointing. They were unhelpful and did not provide a satisfactory solution to my issue. As a result, I ultimately had to buy a new keyboard to replace the faulty one.

good keyboard, a little bit expensive! i REALLY LIKE IT!

I had a disappointing experience with both the product quality and Best Buy Support. The item was defective right out of the box — the caps lock would activate automatically when using the shift key. My initial interaction with Best Buy Support was frustrating, as the first chat agent was completely unhelpful. The second agent assisted me in returning the item. It took about an hour of chat with Best Buy Support to just get to the point where they helped return the item. But after the return, Best Buy took no further action until I reached out to their support team again. Then they told me their Support had dropped the ball and though they provided me a return shipping label, they had failed to initiate a replacement. And that the only option is to refund. So this was another hour of wasted time with Best Buy Support. Two hours of my time just wasted by Best Buy. I have used Logitech products for many years, and this was the first time I received a defective product. I can understand that. However, Best Buy's Support is unacceptable. If you are reading this, please buy the Logitech product from another vendor.

Excellent keyboard!! Love the clicking sound and the functionality.

While the feel of the keyboard is great, there is no space between the top row of F-keys and the row of number keys. I'm a pretty good touch typist, and the way that row of F-keys is positioned caused a lot of inadvertent presses of the f-keys, so I returned it for a different keyboard that had better layout.

Expensive for what it is. Has a nice feel but I am hoping it lasts longer than other Logitech keyboards.

Only issue is backlight cannot be controlled. It turns off after typing too quickly.

I am so happy for the "old" feel but lighter touch keyboard.

Awesome keyboard, would be 5 stars but had to penalize for the fact that it is not level when using the stands. One is too short. Easy fix but not something that should have to be done for a keyboard of this price. Otherwise, the technology itself is very easy to use, great key tactility, and helps make my workflow more seamless.

Very nice mechanical feeling, but smooth and fairly quiet. I got the Brown keys.

If you are thinking about it, get one, I love it so far.

good keyboard, but the keys felt a bit to wobbly to the touch.

Bought 2 both broke within a month. I work doing data entry on the keyboard and i thought it looked professional and the key response was good enough. Logitech sends out new ones without too much hassle. Makes me wish that i popped a razr one instead for a few extra bucks.

Slow action makes it less than ideal. It's good for people with big, thick fingers like mine, however. Moreover, it's a lot better than the one I used to struggle with for the past few years.

It is a very versatile keyboard, and being able to charge it through usb is nice.
