    Useless - This nice feeling keyboard could have been great if the software it needs was functional. The required G-Hub downloaded directly from Logitech is FROZEN. Therefore, no customization of the keyboard is possible, rendering RGB, macros, and more unusable. What's worse is that Logitech knows this issue, and even has some correction suggestions with the product manual!! Nevertheless, even these instructions did not revive the dead software. And who wants to spend hours looking for a fix? To me, Logitech shows disrespect to the users. I therefore returned this items and a marching mouse, and opted for the HyperX Alloy Elite 2. If more consumers will react this way, perhaps someone will wake up at Logitech and fix these issues.

      Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some problems with your G910 Gaming Keyboard. It sounds like the installer is running into an issue. I would recommend navigating to task manager and ending the installation of the G Hub software if you're sure it's frozen. From there try to reinstall it. If that still doesn't work, you can navigate into your computers files and you should be able to find and delete any files associated with G Hub that may have installed improperly. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
