Customers are saying
Customers regard the Orion Spectrum G910 keyboard highly, praising its build quality, RGB backlighting, and satisfying key feel. Many appreciate the ease of use and extensive customization options, along with the positive comments on the software and lighting effects. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the wrist rest, finding it uncomfortable or poorly designed. The lack of a USB passthrough is another frequently cited drawback.

Awful - Crashes Steam & Games!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought a new G910v2 keyboard. I'm running Windows 7x64. I installed the Logitech driver/app for the Keyboard, let the installer do the a standard setup. Then I tried to launch Steam. Steam would not start. No error message, no message, no onscreen popup.... just nothing, except you can see the stub in Processes (Task manager). No steam games will launch. However, ther games still start fine (e.g., non-Steam games). When I killed both the Logitech processes in Task Manager, everything runs fine again, e.g., Steam and games will launch. So... Logitech is such garbage. This new $129 keyboard is totally worthless if it prevents playing games. The mission of a Gaming keyboard is to play games. Failure to fulfill the mission means there is no reason for the Keyboard, and ergo the Logitech company, to exist. Where is that red button to eradicate all of them? If you enjoy hours spent solving bugs, glitches, crashed applications & games, and are excited to solve this stuff yourself because Logitech makes it effectively impossible to get help from them (their website and tech help is designed to ensure you don't reach them, and at that they succeeded 100%), then this keyboard is for you! They Romer-G keys themselves are great, I like them (but keys are subjective, so test them yourself). They keyboard only has 9 programmable keys, and it has an awful handrest (but I knew that and it was not a factor for me, but will be for some people). One thing that may put off some people: You do not get a light flare under each key, like Razor, Corsair, and other top keyboards. This is technical in nature: The outstanding Romer-G keys are designed to pass light through their center, up to the key letter... and this is done outstandingly, and makes they keys (the letters) brighter by far than any other top keyboard. The Cherry keys that most top keyboards use have an opaque central mount, and hence most keyboards are designed to flare light (e.g., the RGB colors) out from under the keys. This looks really nice; but the Romer-G keys do not do this, and hence you don't have the color between the keys. I knew this and don't mind; but my Razor Black Widow does have the color flares under they keys. I will be returning this keyboard, as the Logitech software is drenched in bugs, and is never welcome on my machine again. I am very glad I bought a Thrustmaster weel, not a Logitech G series. The Thrustmaster software is excellent and flawless. I never want to find out about the Logitech software in any other Logitech products again. Tech support is bad, and their software is a nightmare. That said, the nature of bugs like this means not everyone will have the same experience; e.g., this may not be triggered in Windows 8 (which is a disaster of an OS), or Windows 10 (which takes sustained intellectual concentration and determination to carve out all the embedded elements that spy on you, but can be made into a serviceable OS with effort). But Logitech derivers for the G-series products + Windows 7 x64 + Steam Games = total failure.

Better options from logitech..
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keys themselves are supposed to form in a way to PREVENT typos. I found them to have a completely opposite effect. Get the G513 instead. LOVE that one!

It puts letters where needed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even for a mechanical keyboard the keys are loud. The built on wrist support is two parts, and the cover keeps coming off due to how I use it. If it is just on a desk or such it would be fine.

Ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a decent keyboard, but way too pricy, it was at a weird angle for me, even with the stands, it was too flat, and the extra keys on the left were cool, but they screwed me up more than anything because I'm used to the far right side being ctrl, shift, tab etc

STAY AWAY! Cheap product, common ongoing issues!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I regret buying this item so much. Bought TWO over a 3 year time span. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK! First one lasted close to two years, then it began having issues where one key stroke gets registered as multiple strokes. Thought nothing of it initially, I just made sure I cleaned it well and move on. Unfortunately, that did not help and it got so bad to the point where the keyboard was just plain unusable because multiple keys began to do the same. I decided to buy another one. This one lasted ONLY EIGHT MONTHS and it is ALREADY having that same issue as well. I started searching online because I found it weird and, of course, I end up finding out its an Extremely common issue with this keyboard. Never buying another logitech product again! Probably one of the biggest waste of money I've had in recent years.

Posted .Hi DRXether, thank you for sharing your experience with the G910 keyboard from Logitech. I'm sorry that both of your keyboards began registering multiple strokes. I'm sorry that cleaning the area with compressed air did not resolve the issue. Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on this device, and you can file a claim at support.logi.com if you desire. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

Doesn’t work
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this keyboard at the recommendation of a friend and I completely regret it. I have had this keyboard for a little over 2 months and it will no longer turn on anymore. I honestly liked the keyboard when it worked but it just stopped working and now I’m stuck in a situation where I can’t even access my PC because I don’t have another keyboard.

Only buy if you like Logitech switches
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good keyboard but I don’t like the feel of the switches and as well as the fact they’re not standard switches so when you need to replace keys you’re kinda screwed

Cheaply made
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a good keyboard when it is working without any issues. But too often buttons jam even though there isn't a noticeable problem with the key in question. The number 1 is the key that I often have problems with. I have taken it apart and made sure it was clean, but buttons on this thing just start sticking. It has never had anything spilled on it, there isn't food or anything in it. Seems to be a design flaw. I would not recommend this keyboard as it can be incredibly frustrating.

Not Like Mechanical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not worth the money I paid. It feels like a regular keyboard. I don't feel like my previous mechanical keyboard because of the sound it is making.

Just ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's just ok, clunky and loud, the ease of use is troublesome. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone I think there are much better keyboards for the price.

Cool lighting, but it’s a beginners mech
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s very cool for people just getting into mechanical keyboards. You cannot get alternate caps anywhere for this board though. The switches are unique. Spend the extra and get a better one

Not a bad keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard felt bulky and the macro keys interfiere with the escape key. I really liked the volume scroll wheel on the keyboard but the keyboard is too expensive.

Not my favorite
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Corsair keyboard that I loved. Another family member wanted this one. The keys don't move as well and the wrist rest is not as comfortable.

Good functional keyboard but software needs update
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Keyboard is good, but the RGB mechanics run off the Logitech software and it glitches out time to time they need to update it so it stays consistent.

Software sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the feel of this keyboard and the features but the software is very buggy and is a known problem. The firmware makes the Rgb lighting mess up and flicker.
