    This is a very cute keyboard, and it works pretty well. I find that the depth you have to press the keys for them to respond is too much. I end up hitting the keys around the key Im aiming for. I don't have this issue with lower profile keys.

    I loved the colors of the keyboard and how the keys sound and feel! But I couldn’t get it to connect to anything other than my phone. Even went to Geek Squad and they couldn’t get it to connect either. Very disappointed.

      Hello, Breezy! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Pop Keys keyboard! If you haven't already returned or exchanged it, I would try resetting the keyboard. You can do this by pressing "ESC" and "O", "ESC" and "O", and then "ESC" and "B". The Smart Switch keys at the top will start blinking rapidly and this should allow you to connect to your other devices. If this doesn't work or you've already tried this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim. The Pop Keys have a 1-year limited hardware warranty. Thank you for the feedback! I will be passing this along. - Maggie from Logitech
