Cannot be paired with Bluetooth.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot be found on MacBook Pro, iPhone, or iPad using Bluetooth. I’m sure the softwares are all up to date. And the pop mouse pairs in a sec. It is the keyboard! So annoying because tech support is so slow. I’ll have to wait several days to know if I have received a defective product.

Posted .Hello popkey! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your Pop Keys to your MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad. Please make sure that you are in the Bluetooth settings on your device and that you are pressing and holding either the F1, F2, or F3 keys, depending on which order you would like your devices paired. If you have already done these steps, you could also try turning off and turning back on the device or removing the batteries and putting them back in. Then trying to pair it again. Support may ask you to do this, as these are normal troubleshooting steps. Thank you so much for the feedback and for reaching out to our support team! I will be passing this along. - Maggie from Logitech

Cute and functional - some drawbacks
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech Pop Keys Mechanical Wireless Keyboard and mouse is a very pretty and yet, intelligent keyboard for your PC system (whether you are a Mac or Windows user). The keyboards' soft pastels of lavender, butter, mint, and white fit in perfectly with my wife's overall "pretty" theme (most of her equipment is pastel pink with glowing LED lighting). The most noticeable difference is the lack of a Numpad on the right side which is usually found in traditional keyboards. This is not a problem for my wife as she does not use that side of the keyboard with much frequency (although if you work with numbers regularly, you will miss the convenience of this numpad). This smaller, wireless size is a good option if you are limited on desk space and/or want to move this around with your other electronics (I'll get into that later). Despite the rounded shape of the keys, the majority of them were the same size in measurements as her popular brand traditional mechanical keyboard. Even though the overall size of this keyboard is 1/4 smaller than her old keyboard, the shape of the keys make it appear "roomier" between keys. Thankfully, she could not tell a difference when typing. Another major difference besides the smaller, round shape of this keyboard is the sound of the mechanical keys striking. The mechanical clack that draws people to these types of keyboards is less sharp in this Logitech. Like its soft pastel hues, the clack is a softer (albeit pleasing) sound. Now to the fun stuff. First, the setup. Connecting the keyboard was easy enough, it came with the USB adapter and it was immediately discovered and worked without issue on the PC. It can be connected via bluetooth as well and works that was done just as easily. Connecting the mouse was another issue, if connecting it to the existing Logitech adapter from the keyboard, it required you to jump through some hoops that were not very straightforward in the logitech app (required download if you connect in this method). It was also capable of being connected via bluetooth to avoid this, however when connecting to the PC the lower latency option is the adapter. This keyboard is very useful if you need to work with your PC, tablet, and your phone at the same time. You can switch between three types of electronics with the push of a button and type away. We found the emoji buttons quite useful when typing in popular applications with the keyboard. It comes with 8 keys (but you can only have 4 latched onto the board at a time) and 1 key to bring up more emoji and symbol options. The emoji button brings up 2 different types of emojis (standard faces, thumbs-up etc., drawn out "kaomoji" like ^_^) and your other symbols ($ = ã ¼). Being able to use this keyboard to communicate on her phone is a major draw! It made for very fast communicating and made it easier to type up longer, more thorough replies that are often nixed when texting on a cellphone's tiny keyboard. This is great if you're replying to emails or messages on your phone while using your PC for other tasks or hate using your tablet's flat glass keyboard. The coordinating mouse may be a problem if you have big hands. At just shy of five feet tall, this mouse was still on the smaller side for my wife's tiny hands. It's the size you expect for a laptop or tablet mouse. You press a flat button underneath the mouse to switch between your three linked electronics, making this like the keyboard, easy to use and move around. It had no problems tracking and has an inaudible click and mousewheel when using it to tap things around on your screen. There are no side buttons, however, there is a button below the mousewheel that brings up the emoji and symbol board. There was only one downside to this keyboard and mouse. Keep batteries with you. The battery life is very long, but they are not rechargeable. These two are truly wireless. There are NO ports on either of these. Zero. You can not connect anything to these physically. You are dependent on bluetooth connectivity to use these. Overall, this is a nice and unique keyboard and mouse. It's aesthetically pleasing, fun to use, and most of all, easy to work on multiple devices without fuss.

Compact keyboard that really stands out
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Finding a reliable Bluetooth keyboard can be a chore, and one with the satisfying feel of mechanical typing might as well be impossible. Logitech provides this and loads up the device with personality that pops. The first thing that catches the eye is the rounded, typewriter-like keys. It has a slightly cascading letter row design for easy, well-spaced key access, and the keystrokes give a nice kickback with every strike. While it doesn't have the full mechanical feel of a true typewriter, the heavy give on each stroke is pleasing to the touch. Compact and weighted, the keyboard itself is solid with a grippable underside that won't move around on you while in use. That compact size means it lacks a dedicated number pad, so be aware if this is a deal-breaker for you. And while the color scheme may appeal to some more than others, there's no doubt that visually, the keyboard stands out and is vying for the attention to your workspace. The scooped keys are positioned comfortably with all the default keys with which you'd be familiar to navigate Windows or iOS. Easy access buttons are available on the top row to switch between multiple devices. Connectivity is effortless via Bluetooth or the included Logi Bolt USB receiver option. And let's not forget the stars of the show, the Emoji buttons! While these don't quite appeal to me, functionally they work great, are both swappable and customizable through the free Logitech software, and are also easy to reach on the side of the device. With countless ways to make this device reflect your needs and style, the Logitech POP keyboard is perfect for any home office. It is compact and stylish, but most importantly works well with good kickback on keystrokes that only a mechanical keyboard provides. Your work area will look clean with this small yet standout device as its centerpiece. Highly recommended. Full disclosure, I received this product for my honest, unbiased review.

Fun, retro but stylish. I like it
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech Pop Key mechanical keyboard is pretty cool. I picked it up for my 17 year old daughter and she thinks it's pretty sweet. That said, I wanted to get my hands on it before I posted any reviews. It was super easy to connect. All you do it turn it on (flip the switch on the side), and your laptop immediately saw it and threw a box to accept the connections. Type a pin and hit enter and you are up and running. At least that's how my experience went on a windows 10 machine. It also has a Logitech unifying receiver USB dongle that you can use if you would prefer not to go with BT. It will also connect to 3 devices, and you can easily switch between them with shortcuts on the F1-F3 keys. I like the size and feel of the keyboard. I'm older, and grew up with typing class in high school on actual typewriters. This keyboard gives me a nostalgic feel under my fingers. I will say, the round keys did take me about a full day of heavy usage in my home office to get used to. They feel a lot different than a standard keyboard these days. But, once I got through that learning curve, I found I really liked them. This thing is dang loud. It actually makes me chuckle it's so loud. You can hear the keys clanking and the springs twanging. It's definitely a mechanical keyboard. If you are a fast typist, as I am, you will get a kick of hearing how fast you sound when using this thing. That said, I did find it to be a bit of a problem in online video conferences. I had to mute my mic all the time simply because my keyboard was so loud. This clearly isn't mean for business use, at least not in terms of video conferencing, so know that going in. The key travel seem pretty deep. You press the keys pretty far before you get a letter. That has never bothered me, but if you are used to sensitive gaming keyboard, you might be frustrated with how far you need to push the buttons to get a response. The shortcuts are nice. You can quickly take screen shots, mute your mic, control your music and volume. They are all built into the top row along with the function keys. The emoji keys down the right side are also fun. It comes with a handful of default key caps for recommended emojis, but you can change the buttons to do pretty much anything you want using the Logi Options software. The look is really fun. The rounded keys, the colorful design, the purple chromed esc key. It's just really fun and a refreshing change of pace from black and white keyboards full of LEDs. It is Not Backlit, and there are no lights on it. It is surprisingly heavy, which I actually like since it's fairly small. I don't have to worry about it sliding around as I hammer away on it. That said, it would add some weight to your pack when traveling. So ya, I like it. It's not for video conferencing, you have to press the keys a long ways down, and it's loud as heck, but it's fun. I'll be giving this purple, yellow, white version back to my daughter, but I'm thinking about picking up a different colored version just for something interesting to have on desk to play with.

I LOVE THIS KEYBOARD!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received my Logitech Pop Keys keyboard this afternoon and upon opening the box I was immediately impressed with the colorful packaging - made me smile just looking at it! The keyboard was nicely wrapped in emoji designed tissue paper and once I removed that...well...I fell in love with it even before trying it out! Inside the box, across the bottom area, there are your instructions for using and setting up. You also go to logitech.com/support/POPkeys and you will find all the information to get started. Also inside the box they give you 4 extra emoji key covers with a different pattern than what arrives on the keyboard. One nice thing is you can connect to 3 different devices by pressing one of 3 keys across the top which light up when you do. It's bluetooth and what I really love is it has mechanical switches. For durability it states 50 million key presses and it uses 2 AAA batteries and supposedly they should last about 36 months. I have no clue if that's really true as I haven't used it long at all but time will tell. They are very easy to change out anyway. It can be used with Windows 10 or later or Mac OS 10.14 or later, Chrome OS and it has an available USB port. Upon pulling the paper tab out of battery case to activate and having my Macbook on, the F1 key started blinking and it connected to my bluetooth after putting in a six digit code I had to type on the Pop keyboard itself. They also provide a USB to plug in if desired. Mine works with or without it. I also am using the Pop Mouse but that is another review. So I was ready to start typing! Now about typing ease! WOW! I normally use a natural shaped keyboard and often have a difficult time with any flat keyboards. Well not with this Pop! I was typing as fast on it as I do on my regular one, plus it reminded me of when I was in school and using those mechanical electric typewriters. It's extremely responsive to my touch and I really enjoy using it. I also attached it to my iPhone, especially great for texting. I even went so far as to put this in place of my natural keyboard using my iMac - yes, I like it that much! And because it does attach to 3 different devices I just carry it with me when I want to change out. It's a very unique keyboard that I simply adore. Since I already own a vintage typewriter (not electric) this basically is a modern but vintage style, really suited for me as I do a lot of writing. There isn't one thing negative I can say about it. From the coloring, styling to usability it's just PERFECT. Highly recommended!!

Fun and Comfortable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is such a fun keyboard! The colors are eye-catching and the mechanical keys have great tactile feedback and travel without being obnoxioulsy loud like my other mechanical keyboard. It's a great typing experience, and I prefer it to my traditional laptop keyboard. It's easy to pair with my laptop, tablet, and phone and easy to switch between the three devices. It includes dedicated emoji keys and replacements if you customize your emoji keys in the Logitech Option app.

Nice keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this logitech pop keyboard to test recently. As comparison I do have a Roccat Pyro mechanical gaming keyboard to compare this to for feel and use. That is corded, this is not (IR dongle included). This connected up right away with no issues. It does not have a separate keypad for numbers, so not really meant for gaming, but if you are more into social media and more general browsing, that keypad is not as crucial. The extra emoji buttons do easily set up with the logitech software available with mac and windows 10, I have windows). Size wise this is similar to a laptop keyboard, portable, and takes a second for my fingers to fall into place since not same size as standard keyboard. This would make it more portable, but it is quite heavy, but that is from having the mechanical parts. Overall, the feel is very good, responsive, like click to the typing on a type writer. Very much like when I was learning keyboarding on typewriters and original apple pc's. The round buttons are easy to get used to and have a good feel/shape for fingertips. The responsiveness even though wireless seems as good as my gaming keyboard. The size is the only thing that bothers me a bit since laptop size, but that's my issue, the keyboard is very nice. If you want a quirky looking different colored keyboard of a good quality at a competative price, this would be a solid front runner. I Have used logitech products since the mid 90's because they are dependable and durable, this continues my good impression of their products.
