I am sorry that the POP mouse was not what you expected. To your point, the mouse is a smaller size and may not be ideally comfortable for some people. Still, it has impressive capabilities such as up to 4K DPI, multi-device Bluetooth connectivity, and a unique emoji button. If you liked the POP design, I would suggest you purchase next time the Pebble M350, which is similar in design, it has a lower price point since it does not have many of the features that the POP mouse has, and it has a medium size that most people find comfortable.

Additionally, I have the M340 which comes with a keyboard as this one does too. Firstly, I love the color combo of lavender, yellow, mint green and white. I also love the versatility of this mouse as it can be paired with up to 3 devices. The mouse fits easily into my hands and I love that it is portable as its size can be easily placed into a travel bag, back pack, purse, etc. The overall functionality of this mouse is great as it is silent and easy to use in any given situation.

Its Daydream purple and mint color shine loudly even as the clicks and scrolls of the device keep your work area quiet. The device is small and slightly narrow, and it's very lightweight for portability. It can connect to multiple devices at the same time and switches between them with the touch of a button on the underside of the mouse. It works on any Windows, Mac, Chrome, and most tablet devices. Navigation feels pretty responsive and of course its scroll speed can be customized to your comfort level. The mouse worked well on different textured surfaces, making it a go-to device when browsing both at your workspace or while lounging on a couch. The customizable Emoji button is the centerpiece of the device and opens you up to a bunch of those little, yellow faces that seem to be all the rage these days. This easy access allows you to let your personality shine quickly. While it's not really my jam, I appreciate them nonetheless, and it works nicely with the Logitech POP keyboard. Lastly, the mouse lasts a long time on its initial charge even through heavy usage. Its best quality is it does its job without any fuss or fanfare, yet it has a look that craves your attention anyway. You really want a reliable, long-lasting wireless mouse that helps you browse easily without any of the hiccups that arise with some Bluetooth devices. Logitech's POP mouse is about as reliable as it gets, bringing with it a reputation for great function and introducing a fun, customizable aspect to your browsing experience. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

It can be paired with the Logitech POP keys keyboard or used as a standalone. The colors coordinate with the keyboard. The manufacturer’s information states that there is a 2 year battery life for the mouse. The mouse connected easily via Bluetooth to my PC and to my Surface Duo 2 phone. Pushing a button on the bottom of the mouse connects it to up to 3 different devices wirelessly and switches between them. There are some customizable settings on the mouse for Wechat, Zoom and Microsoft Teams as well as mute, screen capture and an emoji button shortcut. Clicking the circle on the top of the mouse brings up the emoji menu. The “left click” side can be changed to the right side. The scroll wheel direction can be changed from traditional to inverted. The mouse has a smooth scrolling default setting. In that setting, scrolling is liquid and requires little pressure. It almost makes the mouse slippery and hard to keep on the mouse pad. It was too touchy and I had unintended spaces and rows of dots on my documents. I changed it to the “traditional” scrolling setting. I had some problems with the app. First it took 30 minutes to download. Then when I clicked the box in the mouse section of the app to switch the left/right buttons, my computer froze. Restart wouldn’t fix it and I had to do a full shut down to get everything back. A couple of times, moving the mouse didn’t wake the computer. The mouse has some nice features and I can use it for everything I do now on my PC - and more. It’s not really suited to the phone. Phone navigation is better done with touch.
