    A very simple charging pad.

    This is my first charging pad for my mouse. I've heard from others saying this item sucks and lacks features compared to the first generation, they are correct on that. My mouse starts charging around 80%-90%, never charges near 100%.

    Stops working really quickly. Every single place will give you the run around on getting it fixed or screwing you out of your warranty.

    I ordered one through Uber Eats from Best Buy.. did not work. I got to return at the store. something is wrong with the computer. I go back another day and I missed the return window by 1 day! I got stuck with a product that doesn't work.

    Never charged my mouse from the get go. Customer support on the product was horrible and they didnt know much about the product. This is also a downgrade from their gen 1 mouse pad which a bluetooth dongle, better materials for pad and it lit up. They completely ruined this second gen mouse pad. Its literal garbage and dont recommend getting it.

    No longer working, Logitech will not warranty

    Quit working just after the return window closed. I contacted Logitech Support, and they made me jump through every hoop until I hit a roadblock. They wanted a video of the mouse pad not charging; however the support website will not allow video uploads and therefore they couldn't proceed with the warranty. They automatically closed my ticket and said they are still waiting on a video.

    I do not recommend buying this version of it, mine stopped working after only a month. The first version of this was amazing, worked for over 2 years before it started having issues. Logitech really went cheap with this one.

    Promise you... this will NOT work - Buyer Beware!

    I have tried everything to get this to work in hopes that it would function as expected. G Hub software with reinstall, nope. Cleaning contacts of the "coin" and ensuring installing is accurate, nope. Literally nothing makes this work "consistently". It'll show the white charging light on the base, but nothing in the G Hub app shows it is charging (and the fact that after an overnight of charging - it went DOWN in percentage when left like this.) It's not a software or firmware issue. This is a manufacturing flaw. Returning back to the store for a refund.

    Complete step DOWN from the first generation, which lit up and was able to be disconnected from the plug. Doesn't even charge the mouse as well anymore. What a shame

    Didn’t even turn on with first use out of box. Customer/product service from logitec was unable to troubleshoot. I tried multiple power sources and 2 different computers, tried charging my phone as well, nothing worked. Returning

    Stripped of what made the first one so good

    If someone held up the two PowerPlay mousepads that Logitech has made and asked which was the original and which was the update, I would guess wrong. The original had it all: built in wireless receiver, modular cable, customizable LED lighting, and two different mousepad toppers. The PowerPlay 2 stripped away all the best features and only kept the bare minimum, the wireless charging. I was fortunate to have kept the receiver that came with my mouse, as I had been using the PowerPlay 1 for almost five years before it finally stopped working and if I can find a Gen 1 in stock in the next 30 days I guarantee I will be returning this product.
