This was a good concept that was poorly executed. Considering it was a Logitech product I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately it was a very costly product that really was not functional. The keyboard worked well, but that was it. When the case was closed, it was thicker than an ultrabook - not what I would expect for a tablet. Even laying it in tablet position it was too thick. You can argue that a keyboard case adds bulk, but not like this. But the worst was the tablet kept falling out of the case, even after repeated attempts to secure the thing as best I can. This was a deal breaker for me. Ended up returning it.

Bought this key board thinking it would be a good product, because of the Logitech name and reputation. Boy was I wrong. This keyboard was put out before its time. First off there are no instructions with it, or online, then the predictive text [that I rely on a lot] don't work. I emailed customer service and they said that they were aware of it and working on it. I think if I was selling something I would include the instructions. Then they blame the predictive text issue was the fault of the note pro. They have still never got back with me on my last email I sent them. Guess I will take it back and wait until something better comes out and it wont be a Logitech.

Do not buy. Note pro version 5.0.2 makes this keyboard useless. Logitech has no solution. Again, do not buy.

After the upgrade on your tablet, keyboard do not work anymore. Not fair to the customer. Stand by your product, get it fix or refund us. Bad business.

Firstly, most people use tablets on their lap, when doing this the tablet is at an awkward angle and slides from where it holds in. When closed, the keys of the keyboard contact the tablets screen. Lastly, the way the tablet sits in the case isn't that secure at all. It was an...attempt at a decent product and with a few tweaks it could be awesome As it is, I suggest avoiding it.
