Coming from a G703 (pre hero sensor) this is one of the most disappointing mice I have used. The good: -They made it ambidextrous -It is symmetrical -They added a place to store your wireless dongle on the mouse The bad: -They made it ambidextrous -It is symmetrical -Huge push to use logitech software compared to older products -Terrible internals (explained more in detail below) More detailed thoughts in no particular order: Making the mouse ambidextrous appeals to my sense of OCD because it looks nice but the feel of the mouse is simply inferior to the G703 because of which. After about a week of use (on the most current software, firmware, etc) the mouse now has an annoying and unfixable firmware/onboard computer based bug where the battery always registers at ~12% and blinks at critical levels. I have tried running it to the ground (using it until it is completely dead) in the hopes it was an issue with the onboard RAM to no avail. Not know how long the mouse is going to last and having an annoying light constantly blinking as a distraction makes this mouse completely unusable and a total waste of money. Logitech G HUB is awful - NO I DO NOT want to enable software control, YES I want to remain with my onboard settings, STOP trying to force your poorly designed software down my throat. Also (in reference to the battery issue), NO my battery IS NOT at a critical level, so DO NOT try to force it into a low power mode. Why they even reinvented their software suite into a worse version is beyond me. Logitech needs to stop trying to make a splash 'reinventing the wheel' and just go back to making quality products. The switch from the PMW3366 sensor to their own in-house garbage changed nothing except how their mice were marketed and led to the release of bad products like this.

Hi niugneP, thank you for your feedback! We make a wide variety of mice for different preferences. The G703 is my personal favorite. I prefer the larger body and right hand curve. PRO Wireless was designed to be the ultimate gaming mouse for esports professionals. Over a 2 year period, Logitech G collaborated with more than 50 professional players to find the perfect shape, weight and feel combined with our LIGHTSPEED wireless and HERO 25k sensor technologies. The result is a gaming mouse with unrivaled performance and precision, giving you the tools and confidence needed to win. the G703 is my personal favorite. I like the larger body and right hand curve. - Will, Logitech G.

Setup for the G Pro is quick and easy. You can configure the controls to work as you want. That helps a lot with gaming. Speed is very good. So much so, that when using it for standard computer applications rather than gaming (I know, but I wanted to test it across the board), I had to slow it down. You can program it to work primarily right or left-handed. It's a decent size and heft. It works on pretty much any surface. Overall, it's pretty nice.

this is a very good mouse, it is a little too expensive considering how common problems turn up with scroll wheel or the pads on the bottom. buy the warranty and youll be fine

I loved this mouse. This mouse helped me grow on PC gaming. If you are looking for a stepping stone mouse that is good for people with relatively big hands, this is the mouse. I recently just upgraded to the superlight and I like it more then this mouse, but if you can't afford a superlight version of this just get this mouse, you won't regret it

    Comfortable wireless mouse but...

I've owned this mouse for about 4 days and the left mouse button (M1) has already started to double click. I really like the shape/weight of this mouse and the wireless tech Logitech implements is top notch but the switches they used for this mouse are very low quality even though they are rated for a 50 million click lifespan. This shouldn't happen on a mouse with this price point. This is my 3rd Logitech G pro wireless with the same issues as my 2 previous ones (1st and 3rd bought from Best Buy, 2nd from amazon) and it looks like I'm going to return this product yet again. If anyone is wondering, this is from batch 1844. My 2 previous batches were from pre-1837. Maybe I'll wait a few more months before purchasing another one. Maybe by then Logitech will have ironed out the kinks on this hopefully endgame mouse. Or I'll be lucky enough to receive one that isn't a lemon.

Feels small at first but does not fatigue. The control this allows me is surprising. Feels like a fake cheap mouse because of its weight but its performance and non gamery design language is a clear winner for me. Last but not least the warranty is twice that of its main competitor and if it last even half that period I'm happy. p.s. Logitech you get the 5th star in a year if I'm still using the same mouse in a year.
