OK, but not the best audio

The video quality is not the greatest but it is ok. The mic seems to do pretty good at canceling out background noise and eliminating echoing.

The package doesn’t state the software is needed for the added features. I bought it for the zoom feature. The picture and focus looks good without the software though.

Actually managed to shoot some some video for product demonstrations for my job, and was really impressed with the high level of quality. The microphone is also very precise, and does a great job of muffling any background noise comma so my voice comes through on a webinar or video conference very clear. I need a purchasing several of these for my co-workers and video conferencing has been a breeze with them.

This one was easy to connect, has great lighting, and shows a ton of detail. It's also easy to adjust the zoom and pan settings after installing the recommended software.
