Just plug and play through your existing media software. The sound recording quality is pretty good too.

The video quality is better and the camera angle is wider than the built in webcams on MacBooks. The camera angle is easy to adjust.

Great camera for Mac

Works great for Skype calls and FaceTime. I really love the fact it has a cover as well for privacy when I am not using it.
