Good enough to notice people but it should have a auto zoom for distance and clarity. Some type of facial recognition Mic works also. Stream to TV with adobe conference connect

If you're knowledgeable or are content with doing a lot of tinkering, you'll be fine. But definitely not a plug and play product and not all that great unless the lighting is PERFECT.

The angle is about 90 degrees so I ultimately ended up getting a wide angle version that goes to 120 degrees.

If you need it to take images of the room farther away it is marginal. The focal range on the lens does great macro though! You will want a different camera to get great focus beyond about 5 or more feet.
