Expensive and Buggy

First, the Logitech software does not work well with Microsoft Teams. When using the webcam for video meetings you are unable to utilize the capture software to adjust the camera. It will defaults to wide angle view which may not be what you want. Second, the bottom 1/5 of the screen flickers at random. No apparent fix for this as support ideas at Logitech are all focused on the entire screen flickering. Have tried to trouble shoot - update drivers, use another USB port, uninstall and reinstall drivers, refresh rate - no success. Give the high cost of this webcam the experience is very disappointing, It will be returned to Best Buy.

In order to get Capture to work with Microsoft teams you must open it before you start using the webcam in teams. I hope this helps! The item retails for $120 and is usualy on sale the majority of the time. I can see why baded on the quality of the vidoe to pits out. The mic is fairly ok but not the best either. I would not recommend this product if you care about the resolution. If you dont mind having a fuzzy image on close inspection its perfectly fine. But this cam does mot seem to be able to donmuch beyond any other cheep cam on the market. Save your money on this one.
