Wrong camera

Have not been able to resolve this with them. They insist I have the right camera model 930 E. It clearly does not have the Zeiss lense and the model # does not match what was in the ad.

Issues with Windows 10

Brought it home worked for one call, then after that, windows could not find any camera. I tried all the things, updating drivers, using different USB ports, resetting the machine etc. finally went online and found countless others with the same problem. Not sure if this is a Windows 10 problem or a Logitech problem. I ended up returning it and getting my money back.

Was expecting much higher quality

The videos I recorded with this camera, I don't know if this camera qualifies as HD, Ok for webcam purposes but not for video quality.
