Price vs Quality

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't bought a webcam in YEARS and I figured by now they'd have some amazing quality, and while this one looks great and all it just doesn't seem THAT good for the price. I personally use it in a reduced size, so it's not that important, but if you use it to take a picture or just view it in a larger window it seems a bit grainy for being a so-called HD camera.

Expensive and Buggy

First, the Logitech software does not work well with Microsoft Teams. When using the webcam for video meetings you are unable to utilize the capture software to adjust the camera. It will defaults to wide angle view which may not be what you want. Second, the bottom 1/5 of the screen flickers at random. No apparent fix for this as support ideas at Logitech are all focused on the entire screen flickering. Have tried to trouble shoot - update drivers, use another USB port, uninstall and reinstall drivers, refresh rate - no success. Give the high cost of this webcam the experience is very disappointing, It will be returned to Best Buy.

In order to get Capture to work with Microsoft teams you must open it before you start using the webcam in teams. I hope this helps!
