Okay camera for basic uses

Be sure that when you're in your computer's audio settings the Pro webcam microphone is selected as the input. If you have already done this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us to file a warranty claim. Great camera but

Too expensive
