Not working with new Skype version, Logitech please work with Skype to fix the issue

As another reviewer stated, the camera that shipped and arrived DOES NOT have the Carl Zeiss Tessar text on the left. It does not appear to have the Carl Zeiss lens. This means that you are paying up for nothing. Not sure if a BB error of intentional misrepresentation.

This webcam is always letting me down. I've tested it with family members at home but every time I've tried it on Zoom calls and face time for anyone outside of my home, I have to switch to my laptop camera as it just doesn't work. It either freezes, I disappear or there's an echo. HUGE waste of money.

I am a Mac lover, through and through, but was always disappointed with compatibility with external webcams. As in, at first, there was none. Then some, but not all, Logitech webcams began partially comparable without any real ability to manipulate quality or control camera angles. Then I found this baby! AMAZING raw picture- including controls for white balance, zoom, pan & tilt, and more. Great duel microphones transmit clear audio, and finally my video conferences run smooth and have the professional polish that tells my clients they contracted the correct man for the job! I definitely recommend!

I bought this camera for streaming purposes. The good thing is it connects right to your xbox or playstation and you can stream directly from console, i’m also assuming if you’re streaming from your console you’re on a budget. this camera is extremely budget but i will honest the quality is pretty grainy. ive seen way worse cameras but this is definitely a camera to be used in really good lighting. the darker the room the worse the camera quality is. Also the USB cord attached to it isnt that long. OVERALL ITS GOOD IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET! as someone who knows 0 about technology, this was the easiest set up i literally plugged it right into my xbox and started my stream.

Easy to use, good resolution, the stand it easy to set up, great angle choices. Very good for the money.

Works well. Only issue is sometimes it can be a little finicky with focusing. I'm mainly using it as a cat cam so that isn't a big issue. Definitely worth buying on sale.

No extra software required to get it running on Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.12.3. If you want to use the special features such as manual focus, zoom and pan, you will need to download and install software from Logitech. In case you are wondering, this is the exact same hardware as the C930e business model. In fact, it is detected by Windows as a C930e. The only differences are the packaging and the warranty (the Pro Webcam has a 2-year and the C930e has 3-year). There was a firmware update available on Logitech's site for the C930e but it is actually older than the one that was already installed on the camera. The software offereings are very sparse for this product which is probably the correct marketing approach these days. It is assumed you will use this product with another vendor's application. They do provide a small utility to control the focus, pan, and zoom functions locally and remotely over Skype and a few other apps and that's about it. You will have to load up your application first to see what effect your settings are having on the image. There is a similar app available in the Mac App Store for the Macintosh. The quality of the picture is very good even in low light conditions. It is heads and shoulders above my older Logitech 9000 Pro. The privacy shutter is a nice touch although you will always know when the camera is on by the white LED ring around the lens glowing. There isn't a way to shut it off in the present software. I haven't tried out the H.164 compression features yet so can't comment on how well that works with streaming.

Best webcam I've ever used. super clear. I thought the wide angle would be too wide but it's perfect.

I bought this camera for use with Skype, the set up was simple and super self explanatory. The actual quality of the camera is phenomenal and the wide angle lens is so perfect for capturing an entire room (almost).

Great webcam for Zoom meetings. Nice to have Pan/tilt/zoom functions.

I absolutely loved this camera. It could capture in 1080p at 30fps, and the wide field of view was great too! However, I had to return it because it was constantly freezing whenever I tried to use it. Every few seconds, the camera would randomly freeze, even when connected using USB 3.0.

Crystal clear camera, made it easy for my work because while talking to a client my camera blacked out. This was a convenient buy and very much worth the buy.

Bought this for a quick Zoom meeting. It was great.
