Have not been able to resolve this with them. They insist I have the right camera model 930 E. It clearly does not have the Zeiss lense and the model # does not match what was in the ad.

The item retails for $120 and is usualy on sale the majority of the time. I can see why baded on the quality of the vidoe to pits out. The mic is fairly ok but not the best either. I would not recommend this product if you care about the resolution. If you dont mind having a fuzzy image on close inspection its perfectly fine. But this cam does mot seem to be able to donmuch beyond any other cheep cam on the market. Save your money on this one.

Issues with Windows 10

Brought it home worked for one call, then after that, windows could not find any camera. I tried all the things, updating drivers, using different USB ports, resetting the machine etc. finally went online and found countless others with the same problem. Not sure if this is a Windows 10 problem or a Logitech problem. I ended up returning it and getting my money back.
