Posted .Hello, I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding the software for the webcam. The only software needed to use all the features of this webcam is the free Logitech Capture software. Be sure that when you're in your computer's audio settings the Pro webcam microphone is selected as the input. If you have already done this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us to file a warranty claim. Great camera but

Too expensive

NO CARL ZEISS LENS in the product that arrived

It does not appear to have the Carl Zeiss lens. This means that you are paying up for nothing. Not sure if a BB error of intentional misrepresentation.

Posted .Hello, thank you for sharing your experience with the Pro Webcam. I'm sorry that you feel you were mislead on what lens the Pro Webcam has. The Pro Webcam sold does not have a Carl Zeiss Lens, it is Logitech-engineered glass (ZEISS™ Certified) and thus no longer has the name printed on the lens. I see in the "Customer Photos" section there are pictures loaded from 3 years ago that do show the name on the lens. The current product pictures on Best Buy website are accurate to the product. Let down

I've tested it with family members at home but every time I've tried it on Zoom calls and face time for anyone outside of my home, I have to switch to my laptop camera as it just doesn't work. It either freezes, I disappear or there's an echo. HUGE waste of money.

Posted .Hello Alli, I'm sorry to hear that your Pro Webcam is giving you some issues. The cutting in and out can be caused by a number of things, but I would suggest trying a different USB port on your computer. As for the echo, it's probably trying to use the webcams microphone and picking up your speakers. I would suggest switching the input on zoom to a different microphone, such as the one built into your laptop.

Best webcam for Mac, hands down!

As in, at first, there was none. Then some, but not all, Logitech webcams began partially comparable without any real ability to manipulate quality or control camera angles. Then I found this baby! AMAZING raw picture- including controls for white balance, zoom, pan & tilt, and more. Great duel microphones transmit clear audio, and finally my video conferences run smooth and have the professional polish that tells my clients they contracted the correct man for the job! I definitely recommend!

Good for beginner streamers!

The good thing is it connects right to your xbox or playstation and you can stream directly from console, i’m also assuming if you’re streaming from your console you’re on a budget. this camera is extremely budget but i will honest the quality is pretty grainy. ive seen way worse cameras but this is definitely a camera to be used in really good lighting. the darker the room the worse the camera quality is. Also the USB cord attached to it isnt that long. OVERALL ITS GOOD IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET! as someone who knows 0 about technology, this was the easiest set up i literally plugged it right into my xbox and started my stream.
