The first thing I noticed about these headphones was the sleek design. These headphones are not only comfortable, they are study and fit on the ear snug but not tight. These wireless headphones deliver great sound and I don’t have a problem keeping a connection when I am using them. The frame on the headphones are light but sturdy and they do not make your ears sweat. The surround sound in these earphones are amazing. You can hear every little thing which make using these great when you are competing. The bass and sound make the gaming experience that much better and the mic is very comfortable and sturdy. My communication with these head phones are state of the art. The charge on the headphones last a very long time. I noticed the charge did not go down for at least 48 hours, this is a significant time to be able to wirelessly enjoy them without having to recharge, you also get great range with these as well. If you want a great gaming set of headphones you can’t go wrong with these.

It’s been amazing to have a wireless headset for gaming for less clutter, but it’s started to make a popping sound randomly. No idea what the issue is but it usually happens in the left ear and occasionally on the right. Super bummed since I paid a decent amount for it.

Posted .That's unfortunate and we're sorry about that. Kindly try factory resetting the device by the following steps. Firstly, power on the headset and remove the left ear pad. Now insert pin into pin-hole located below the speaker driver and between the lower two screws, and simultaneously press the Bluetooth button. The headset will blink and chime. Lastly, wait for 10 seconds for reset to complete — blinking stops, and you will hear a chime on the headset to indicate factory reset is complete. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi G Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.
