Bought this headset to work from home. Have a very noisy environment, the sound is perfect and the microphone blocked every single loud background noise. Very comfortable and lightweight, battery life is amazing. The issue I encountered was a robotic voice that started to happen about 10 minutes into the call, I couldn’t understand my clients and they couldn’t understand me, tried to fix the issue by connecting it to my computer using the dongle and my phone simultaneously, update the firmware, but didn’t work so I had to return them. Overall excellent headphones for work besides that issue, I don’t have any doubts that are among the best ones for gaming.

Battery life is a plus, and so is the quality of high pitched sounds, could use a bit more bass & overall volume doesnt go too loud but just enough to where certain scenes or noises within a game may come off really loud if its set on high.

Over all the sound quality is absolutely top notch. From gaming to listening to podcasts and everything in between. The amount of bass these produce for single player games is incredible and makes for a really immersive experience. Being able to cut that base down a but for more competitive shooters with the G hub software is also amazing. Im hearing footsteps I previously would have never heard with the razer set these replaced. Also finding some really nice detail in songs I cant say i heard before. The mic on the other hand sounds really compressed and no amount of software tuning really truly fixes that. Overall I recommend these to anyone who wants a great all around headset but doesn’t really care what they sound like.

Absolutely fantastic headset. I’ve owned 2 turtle beaches and 3 astros over the years and without a doubt these are my favorite headset. With great sound quality, build quality, and comfortability these headphones dominate in gaming experience. If you need a new headset, look no further as these will satisfy. Only thing I haven’t tested is the Bluetooth functionality however these are mainly headset for pc gaming so there is little need. Great battery life too! FYI these can be paired in a Bluetooth setting or with a usb wireless connection for ease of access.

Excellent quality and durability make sure to download the software and application on a computer even if you have PS5 if you have Xbox you have to use a jack through the controller and you can’t customize anything but for my ps5 it works great

My husband purchased this for me for our anniversary. I love this headset, and haven't charged it once since I got it. I game for a couple hours after work with few issues. I do sometimes still get confused by the buttons as I might press the Bluetooth button rather than the mute or vice versa, so those can easily be confused. The microphone is crisp and clear and I have not had any issues with conversations in discord. The sound quality while playing games is great and I find I actually have better sound fidelity with this headset after upgrading. So far, I love this headset and would buy it again.

The microphone that comes with it is pretty meh. That being said, I feel almost naked and dysfunctional without this headset, the battery life is insane, it lasts for days and it just stays glued to your head, and when you let it die you're like, "daaaaaangggg". Do not work out with this headset or let it get sweaty, you WILL end up breaking the auxiliary/wired speakers, however digital/wireless speakers are more durable and will remain just fine.

I’m very happy with these headphones. The sound quality is clear and well-balanced, with good bass and crisp highs. They are comfortable to wear even for long gaming or listening sessions, and the build quality feels solid. The microphone works well and my voice sounds clear. This headset is extremely comfortable and lightweight. Other headphones can be too tight or heavy and give me a headache but I can wear these for hours without any complaints. The sound quality is really good with the option for surround-sound which makes gaming a breeze. The microphone is detachable so I can use them as just normal headphones to listen to music or watch videos without having anything in the way.

Owned since January 2024. Nice headset, took a little getting used to coming from a Acrtis Pro Wireless. The included cloth earpads were appreciated and I immediately installed them. Very light weight and comfortable. Acrtis Pro Wireless wasn't very adjustable, but these can be adjusted easily. Audio quality is great, maybe a bit better than APW. I do miss having a retractable mic, but this one is detachable and is fine.

Best headset I have owned hands down. This headset is amazingly comfy and is worth every penny. The next time I upgrade my headset is when the PRO X 3 comes out because this one blew the original PRO X out the water. If you have the PRO X, upgrade to this one asap or if you are looking for another headset, get this one. Light and in White, perfect for an all white setup and to be matched with the Logitech superlight wireless mouse.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the premium price tag until I used in game. It improved the immersion value of my FPS and has given me a competitive edge! Came from steel series arctis 7’s and those were amazing. These take it a step further with the comfort, sound quality, bass, positioning of footsteps. The audio just seems smoother and not overly loud like the steel series can be. I don’t have to turn down most games I open, turn down music boy is discord, nothing. Logitechs cheaper headsets aren’t the greatest but I feel like the pro x’s are just built different lol.

Very comfortable and looks great. Very light. The battery life is insane and also changes really fast. The only problem, does not sound perfect from the box. Sound’s perfect if you’re able to download the g-hub and play around with the settings for about 2-4 hours. Other than that, great. Im playing games professionally and I’m happy with my choice. 4/5 stars for the problem I mentioned so people could know.

I’ve never had a great headset like this before. Amazing sound quality, snug fit, amazing mic and overall great quality! Would recommend it to everyone!

Bought a pair a while back for myself then got these for my wife who works at home and plays games too. Mic quality is excellent, bass is great, customizability is awesome, and the battery life is phenomenal. Not to mention the noise canceling and Bluetooth range

Great headset, excellent sound quality. Great boom - Blue Microphone. Strong battery life and I like having the ability to use Bluetooth, WiFi or Audio cable connections.

The sound is fantastic, the bass is amazing, its comfortable and breathable, sturdy and well built. Looks great, built with good materials, but the range leave a bit to be desired. Doesn't work as well as razer headsets through walls or as far, and the microphone itself does not sound great. I also despise the software and the mic wouldn't work without it. I've owned logitech headsets before and I would again, but the sound quality, build quality, and amazing battery life really carry this headset.
