Had to cut off parts, no contrast for laser mice.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to cut off about three inches odd the bottom and six inches off the right edge because of lack of contrast (too much black) which prevented two different laser mice from working due to lack of contrast. Not sure why so many products are not user tested. I am sure it looked good to the graphic designer, but it is unusable without modification. There should be a requirement for product designers to use their design for two months before mass production begins on all products because I find myself tweaking many products right out of the box.

Solid headset

Too Quiet

I also loved the soft case it came with. It has more options to connect than many others. However, the sound is way too low on these, which I didn’t find out until doing research after the fact but it's a common problem that many users have complained about online. I would have to turn the volume to 60 to hear what I would on most others at 20. I returned and bought a different set that I’m happy with.
