It isn't the item because two weeks later, I still haven't received the item that was supposed to be arrive in 5 days. Best Buy, please stop using UPS when sending to Alaska. They have lost stuff. They have bounced an item back and forth between cities in California and items have never arrived. I thought well I give it another shot, but nope....think I'm done.

Dreaded Scroll Wheel Issue..
