    Terrible mouse, not even a month in and the scroll wheel stopped working. Main reason for me going with this over others was 2 year warranty. Now dealing with logitech support and they have been terrible to try and RMA it. First agent said he would need to escalate to a higher team to get the RMA done which could take up to two days. Thought ok no big deal. 4 days later no response reach out thru chat and get ignored for 2 hours so I call. Guy picks up and then asks me the same exact questions the last guy did even though I had already given him ticket number which had all the details. Now be quoted 3-4 business days which is crazy but ok.

    Great mouse but the software doesn't work. I've searched around and there are a lot of people with the same problem as me. If the software worked then I could easily give this mouse a 4/5 star review but it doesn't.
