    I love this mouse when its working its amazing but sometimes randomly it cuts off with G Hub and says its inactive when clearly im in the middle of playing a game

    Unfortunately Logitech sells this with a software that doesnt work and when you reach out to them they say they will follow up and they don't. Also, the only fix to getting this mouse to work is to completely reformat your pc. That's seriously the only solution I've found and Logitech itself doesnt know how to fix it

    After over a year of use, this Logitech mouse has unfortunately developed significant issues. While it initially performed well, it now suffers from severe double-clicking problems and difficulties with dragging windows in File Explorer. These issues have escalated to the point where the mouse is practically unusable - I can't capture images or drag windows at all. I've attempted various troubleshooting methods including reinstalling the software, adjusting mouse sensitivity, and updating Windows, but the problem persists. It appears this is a common issue with Logitech mice. Given the price point of this mouse and the prevalence of these problems, I cannot recommend it. The quality and longevity don't justify the cost, especially considering the frustration of dealing with these issues after just a year of use.
