Good feel, bad quality

The most recent problem is both triggers going off randomly. I almost want to buy another because they feel so good in hand, but I can’t because I know it wont last.

Poor service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this mouse a couple days ago, while I bring it to the store to ask a return, they said they can't because I used paypal check out and they cant find any receipt even I got my paypal record and original shipping box(which shipped from Bestbuy). After that, I reached customer service via phone but they still gave me the same response and not willing to help.

Mine lags alot and it disconnects a lot when I use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought mine from Andorama What I love are: Incredibly quality Incredibly light Pretty quality build Battery last incredibly long What I hate to the core: I mostly use my Asus laptop on my bed So I use my mouse on my bed on a very new, clean, and nice bedsheet The mouse lags alot! It disconnects like more than many times per second that is it incredibly unusable!! I have an Apple mouse which is slower but does not give me any kind of problem at all!! I am not sure if this mouse use different technology so it doesnn't take the bed sheet very well to respond correctly? I was very very sick of its performance so I tried to used it wired. The problem still persist.. -__-

Posted .Hello. Thank you for your review of the G PRO Superlight mouse. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the mouse on your bed. The G PRO uses our HERO 25k sensor. It will not work properly on a bedsheet. Does it work fine on a table or desk? Maybe you can get a hard mousepad to use while on your bed.

Buy if you want to be disappointed!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good mouse don't get me wrong but I plan on returning it for something similar like the same model or just the original g pro my only complaint about it is that inside where all the sensor and the battery and motherboard is it is all loose so I can feel it moving around while I play and it is very annoying so if you are going to buy this mouse buy it at your own risk!

Usb receiver problem
