Terrible product and terrible support.

Main reason for me going with this over others was 2 year warranty. Now dealing with logitech support and they have been terrible to try and RMA it. First agent said he would need to escalate to a higher team to get the RMA done which could take up to two days. Thought ok no big deal. 4 days later no response reach out thru chat and get ignored for 2 hours so I call. Guy picks up and then asks me the same exact questions the last guy did even though I had already given him ticket number which had all the details. Now be quoted 3-4 business days which is crazy but ok.

I have tried wireless before and I did not like it. I gave this one a chance because of the reviews and they were all correct. There is nothing negative to say about this mouse.
