Excellent Wireless Performance for Gamers
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The G Pro X TKL is a sequel to its wired counterpart, the G Pro, but improves upon it with Lightspeed wireless, dedicated media keys, and support to pair with a Bluetooth device. Like all other G keyboards it can be controlled with the Logitech G Hub software. G Hub is in my opinion one of the better mice/keyboard software suites out there. You can assign macros, adjust the RGB lighting, and assign which keys to disable in Game Mode. However, these are the same functions I see for my older G915 keyboard so it doesn’t look like the Pro X TKL brings any new features with it to G Hub. Logitech designed this keyboard with competitive players in mind and its performance with the 2.4Ghz Lightspeed technology is outstanding. It is just as good as wired. I never had a delay or issue in my gaming with it in the short time I've had it so far. You won’t get this low of latency using Bluetooth. My version came with tactile (GX Brown) switches which I think are perfect for long gaming sessions. The keycaps are made from PBT plastic that is dual-shot, which is what you want in a high-end keyboard. While it’s perfect for gaming it doesn’t offer the best typing experience and it would be too loud for an office setting. Per key RGB is bright and I like that the shift functions on the numeral keys are also illuminated. Battery life has been excellent so far, no complaints and finally this is the first Logitech keyboard I have that supports USB-C for charging. So tired of keeping a microUSB cable lying around for my older keyboards and mice. Besides USB-C, another feature I have been wanting is the ability to pair two devices (keyboard and mice) to one dongle. I noticed I can now do it when I was setting up this keyboard with my G303 mouse. However, this looks to be a feature added in G Hub software as I can also now do it on my G915. Either way…I’m glad it’s here. It makes using an external keyboard and mouse a little easier with a laptop. The only downside I can think of is the keyboard does not support swapping the switches which can limit its flexibility especially at this price point but I never do this anyway. With wireless, it's much easier to swap an entire keyboard than take the time to replace switches. The G Pro X TKL also comes with a nice traveling case if you are going to be moving it around a lot. I typically travel with a 60% which is smaller than a TKL and a bit easier to pack but nice that it’s included. Pros: Excellent Build Quality Lightspeed Wireless Performance Long battery life Dual-Shot PBT Keycaps Logitech G Software Suite Includes Carrying Case Can Connect 2 Logitech Devices to Dongle USB-C Built-in USB Dongle Storage 2 Year Warranty Cons: Switches Not Swappable No Wristrest Included. Overall the Logitech Pro X TKL is a great choice for gamers who want a solid mechanical keyboard without wires for gaming.

Best keyboard for serious gamers
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently upgraded my gaming setup, and the Logitech PRO X TKL Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Keyboard has quickly become the star of the show. This keyboard has completely transformed my gaming experience. First and foremost, the wireless capability is a game-changer. No more tangled cords or limited range – the Lightspeed wireless technology offers an ultra-fast and lag-free connection. It's almost as if the keyboard is hardwired, but with the freedom of movement that wireless provides. I've noticed a significant improvement in response time during intense gaming sessions, giving me the edge I need to outperform my opponents. Also, USB-C wired charging allows easy charging with the industry standard cable. The compact tenkeyless (TKL) design is another standout feature. It not only saves valuable desk space but also allows for a more ergonomic and comfortable gaming posture. The keyboard is lightweight and easy to transport, making it perfect for LAN parties or on-the-go gaming setups. The RGB backlighting is a visual feast for the eyes. With a wide range of colors and lighting effects to choose from, you can truly make this keyboard your own. The build quality is top-notch. The keyboard feels sturdy and well-constructed, and the key switches have a reassuringly solid feel to them. It's clear that Logitech has put a lot of thought into the design and materials used in this keyboard, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of gaming. Finally, the G HUB software makes customizing the keyboard a breeze. You can remap keys, create macros, and fine-tune the RGB lighting all within an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's a valuable tool for gamers who want to fine-tune their keyboard to match their playstyle. In conclusion, the Logitech PRO X TKL Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Keyboard is a must-have for serious gamers. Its combination of wireless technology, compact design, and solid build quality make it a standout product in the gaming keyboard market.

Faulty spacebar
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped working in less than a month. Space bar doesn’t register might be a connection issue but for the price you’re paying you’d expect it wouldn’t happen. I’d be pressing it consistently for 30 seconds before it decides to finally register. Aside from this, the keyboard is quite tall so make sure you’re interested in that. Key switches are decent for the price.

Great Keyboard for Less Than $200
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having tried many mechanical gaming keyboards in the past, I was very interested in trying this one due to the size and wireless capability. Overall I am very impressed with this keyboard. Setup was very easy on Windows 11. Connecting to Bluetooth was smooth and Windows recognized the device right away. I did not try the lightspeed connectivity but plan on doing so. The keyboard is very responsive while typing or gaming. I was wondering if the response would be affected by the wireless function but there was no lag whatsoever. Also, the battery life is incredibly long. I didn’t have to charge it for several days with moderate usage. The programmable RBG lightning is nice and similar to other keyboards on this space. Overall the keyboards looks very good. I have the black model but the white model looks great as well. Overall I was very impressed with this keyboard for under $200. Great features, battery life, responsiveness and overall look made it a great but. I would definitely recommend this product.

AWESOME! Big bang in a small wireless package!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless is a compact and wireless mechanical switch gaming keyboard designed for esports enthusiasts and competitive gamers. Build Quality and Design: Logitech is well known across the gaming industry for its high-quality builds, and the PRO X TKL is no exception. This keyboard cuts no corners on its design and intended functionality. It features a tenkeyless (TKL) design, which means it lacks the numeric keypad to the right, making it more compact and portable. This offers a great option for gamers who prefer a smaller footprint and don’t require the numeric keypad. The keyboard has a sturdy, premium feel and offers a clean matte black finish. LIGHTSPEED Wireless Technology: Logitech's LIGHTSPEED wireless technology is known for its low latency and reliable connectivity. You can enjoy a wireless gaming experience without worrying about input lag. The keyboard also comes with a USB receiver for a stable connection. Can also connect via Bluetooth for increased connectivity and avoids taking up a USB port for the receiver if you don’t have any to spare. RGB Lighting: The PRO X TKL features fully customizable RGB lighting, allowing you to personalize the lighting effects to match your gaming setup. The RGB lighting is vibrant and adds a visually appealing aspect to your gaming experience. Battery Life: Logitech claims an impressive 50 hour battery life for this keyboard. Of course, this varies depending on your usage and customized lighting settings. It will typically last several days of heavy gaming on a single charge and of course will continue working while tethered to a charge cable if you run out of juice. Switch Customization: An excellent and often overlooked feature of this keyboard is its hot-swappable mechanical switches. Comes equipped with GX Brown tactical switches but you can easily remove and replace switches to tailor the keyboard to your preferred typing experience. This customization is excellent for gamers who want to experiment with different switch types without buying a whole new keyboard. Software: Logitech's G HUB advanced gaming software is intuitive, user-friendly and allows for extensive customization, including key assignments, macros, and lighting effects. It's easy to configure the keyboard to suit your preferences. You can create custom game profiles, control your lighting, and control your stream in one place. Not to mention it controls ALL of your Logitech peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, and webcams) in one convenient and simple to use app. Keycaps: The keyboard comes with dual-shot PBT keycaps, which are more durable and less prone to wear and tear than the old ABS keycaps. They also provide a pleasant soft/smooth typing experience. Price: Right in line with other top of the line mechanical gaming keyboards. The PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless is priced in the premium segment of gaming keyboards, reflecting its high-quality build, features, and customization options. It's an investment for serious gamers. Overall, the Logitech PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless keyboard has been a much appreciated addition to my gaming peripheral arsenal. It’s a well-designed and feature-packed gaming keyboard. Its customization options, wireless performance, and build quality make it a great choice for competitive gamers who want a versatile and high-performance keyboard. As technology continues to evolve Logitech is working hard to remain a front runner in all aspects of gaming peripherals and it shows in this fantastic unit.

Logitech delivers again
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not that long ago, I was ready to write off Logitech's gaming keyboards. Don't get me wrong they were perfectly serviceable devices, but compared to what you could get from some of their competitors they felt fairly uninspired and lifeless. Then seemingly out of nowhere they released their new low profile GL clicky switches and used them to build what is probably the best wireless mechanical keyboard on the market. The Pro X TKL shows that they're determined to build on that momentum with a slightly more refined looking offering. The general design and layout here is very similar to the G915 keyboard that preceded it, however they've toned down a lot of the more aggressive notes to suggest a more refined, professional device. Brushed aluminum has given away to a simple matte black with small silver highlights, the clicky blue switches have been replaced with dampened browns more suitable to an office, and the volume rocker has a soft touch rubber coating applied and a bit more resistance to allow for greater precision. The deck has also been thickened to allow for more battery and a heavier typing base. And, in a big step up, it comes inside molded hard carrying case so you can throw it in your bag and bring it with you to the office or wherever you may want to go. The full sized keycaps are well built with a clear legend that completely disappears when the lights are out - just in case you want to show off your touch typing skills with a stealth board. All in all it's a very sharp piece of kit, and I wouldn't be at all surprised to find them starting to pop up in offices. Initial setup is about as painless as can be. There are three options: use the included lightspeed dongle, bluetooth, or a wired connection. Of the wireless options the lightspeed dongle definitely offers the best reliability and responsiveness, but Bluetooth performance is frankly better than I expected here. Even at high typing speeds I didn't encounter any issues with characters being logged in the wrong order or the connection dropping. You will need to use a utility to update the RGB profiles - though if you like a uniform soft blue you may be content with the profile that it comes out of the box with. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that G-Hub has been updated to recognize this model yet so I couldn't do anything with the RGB functions yet - but based on my past experiences with other keyboards I can say that while Logiteech may not offer configuration utilities that are quite as robust as offerings from the like of Razer or Corsair it's not hard to set up basic effects or load in fresh user profiles. As far as the typing experience goes, I think it's a safe bet that if you like the standard Cherry MX Brown typing feel you'll like the GL Browns too. They're maybe just a touch lighter in terms of actuation pressure, and have the same springiness on the return. There's really no good way to know what switches are best for you without going out and actually trying them out though - so if this is your first mechanical keyboard you should definitely try to head into a store and try one for yourself before making a final decision. All in all, this is another extremely impressive offering from Logitech.

Very Impressive!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let's start with my first thoughts on the Logitech ProX TKL Lightspeed - it's impressive! From the moment you open the box, to the zippered storage pouch, you can tell that Logitech wants you to be impressed - and it works. The pouch is a hard-shell, designed to protect the keyboard when not in use, or when travelling. As the note "TKL" implies, this keyboard does not have numeral keys making it a little smaller than a traditional keyboard. However, the keys themselves don't seem to be any smaller so I like it! I chose the "tactile" version because I still like the sound of the keys clicking. It's subtle though so you won't bother others around you. The keyboard has the option of connecting via the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable (which also charges the keyboard) or bluetooth. I found that both methods respond quickly/accurately when gaming and didn't notice any difference! Visually, the ProX offers Lightsync with 9 different lighting themes - my favorite is the color change which cycles through all of the colors and is very pleasant. The wireless battery lasts up to 50 hours and the keyboard can be used from as far away as 30 feet. It also includes media controls (FF, RR, Play/Pause, Mute) and a roller control for the volume. With 2 height adjustment feet on the backside of the keyboard, you can easily adjust it for just the right angle for work or play. The keyboard seems very well made and is strong/sturdy. It has enough weight to it so you feel like you're working with something substantial, as opposed to a cheap, plastic keyboard. I've tried/used several keyboards over the years and can truly say this one is the best by far!

Seriously well built mechanical keyboard!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech PRO X TKL wireless mechanical keyboard is a well built, ready to use out of the box, customizable ten-keyless mechanical keyboard. The PRO series keyboards allow you to switch out key caps and switches either with Logitechs own products, or with compatible caps/switches of your choice. With on board lighting control you can take your keyboard wherever you like and keep your keyboard lit up how you like. Some other useful features include: - Awesome carrying case included. - Excellent battery life. - Slot under keyboard for Lightspeed receiver keeps you from accidentally losing the receiver. - Can be used with Lightspeed adapter, bluetooth, or wired with either the included cable or your own USB-C cable. This allows you to use your custom cables to either charge or use this keyboard in a wired configuration. Minor gripes: - G Hub does not detect keyboard when in bluetooth mode. Overall, I'm seriously impressed with this keyboard from Logitech, the build quality is outstanding with no flex at all on the keyboard and the keys are super tactile with a very satisfying click. I like the additional media controls and lighting effects and the look of the keyboard is very nice and even with no lights it looks amazing. I like the fact that the keys are lit from the back and when not lit all keys look like they are in stealth mode with no visible letters in most lighting. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mechanical keyboard that comes ready to use out of the box, but also has plenty of customization options.

A Solid Wireless Gaming Solution for On-The-Go
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As someone whose career takes them travelling worldwide it is common that I live out of a suitcase with my gaming computer. Now gaming on the go poses its own challenges. You rarely will have a comfortable ergonomic experience gaming on a laptop especially when it comes to the keyboard. Look no further, the Pro X TKL Lightspeed is here to solve the issue. First off, kudos to Logitech for including a carrying case. They knew their audience and target users.... those who are on the go. Now this keyboard is light. I was honestly shocked how light it was but still had the feel of a great quality build for a keyboard. The pairing and responsiveness after a quick firmware update was right in line with competing products. I was able to play typical multiplayer shooters without keyboard responsiveness issues, thankfully. I didn't give this a full 5 stars however because of the price point to market and in my humble opinion the lack of creativity of the keyboard. Don't get me wrong. This is a solid product. It works great. The carrying case was a great idea and great add, however, the market is saturated with similar products at this point which compete with the Pro X TKL. Specific thing to focus on are the keyboard switch design. Doing a bit of research will tell you a lot of what each switch can provide you, even if you are new to the space. Logitech is a great company for peripherals but when you are in the gaming space going the extra mile can be the deciding purchase factor.
