Tell me something STORE 1172 why do i feel i have to explain what profiling is? why did you DISCRIMINATE against me? i have never stole, never harmed anybody, never said something anything to someone to make them feel uneasy, i am not rude and never been disrespectful to non of your staff. so why am i being profiled? which is a form of discrimination, TODAY! as of 8/19 is day three of your store profiling me, it started on 8/17 black bald guy with glasses, 8/18 old black bald dude i like him but even he has profiled me, and today 8/19 proves it, i am the only one in the store the only one walking round WITH NOTHING IN MY HANDS NO PRODUCT, NOTHING!, and i am being followed like i am going to take something, I have no bookbag nothing to put something in and brough a Citi bike in the store, but that's not the point, you guys need to let the actions show and then take action, not prevent it from happening by profiling. put spiders on everything i don't care there is nothing you can do to really prevent theft its apart of having a store, now back to me, i will not be shopping at your store till i see some REAL change, i like the people there and they know who they are, but i am not going to shop where i will be watched for the whole stay at the store, and Alfred saying and i quote " it don't barter me" or " there just doing there job, i don't see the issue with it" (WHILE BEING A LANTINO AT A TIME WHERE YOU FEAR WHERE YOU WILL END UP IS NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE IT AKA I.C.E) see how profiling is done to you, do you like the way it feels if so you are the issue, Freddie i like you, you helped me where no one else would, i want you to look at the cameras for all three days and you tell me what you think, if 1. they were doing there job. or 2. yes you are right and we will work on fixing it, DISCRIMINATION OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON should NEVER happen to ANYONE and if you feel that's how you want to run your store, let me know and i will never return. You don't have to worry about me coming back, and if you keep it up your going to get sued, learn and grow not repeat and be ignorant.

    Very pleased with my purchase

I purchased this keyboard when I came across a sale and for what I paid, it is well worth the cost. I have turned down the lighting and I only have to charge the keyboard every couple of months (this will vary depending on your usage). The keys are precise and responsive. The keyboard has quite a bit of heft to it, so depending on your personal preferences, you may or may not like that. I had an incident where the legs of the keyboard broke, causing me to loose the ability to have it raised at an angle. I contacted Logitech support and for whatever reason, they don't have replacement legs. Long story short, the rep submitted a warranty claim for me, and I received a new keyboard. A+ service in that regard.

    Stellar Wireless Performance

The Pro X TKL is my first foray into the world of wireless keyboards. I've been on wireless mice since the Logitech mx1000 back in the mid 00s which was game changing, but never saw the utility in getting a wireless keyboard. Given the performance and feature set of the Pro X TKL, I've changed my tune a bit. Performance of this board is stellar. Latency is basically zero, so there's no discernible difference compared to wired that I can feel. Key registration feels instant; again no issues with latency or polling frequency, etc. Admittedly, the keys do feel a bit stiff for my tastes, likely owing to the gx browns on tap here. My daily driver for the past two years has been a Steelseries Apex Pro, which has completely different feeling optical keys. This isn't necessarily worse, just different. Given that I use my keyboards during my day job as a developer, the slightly increased key stroke weight helps with avoiding accidental key strokes. Features, as with nearly any gaming Logitech board you can buy, are abundant. Lighting options are nearly endless, with full customization abilities coming by way of the G Hub app. The GX brown switches are a great mixture of blue and red style switches; they sit in the middle in the they offer a bit of a tactile bump but retain mostly silent operation. Sitting above the keys are the awesome PBT dual shot key caps. Finally, one of my absolute favorite features of this keyboard is the included case. This keyboard is the ultimate on-the-go LAN party companion, and having the carrying case makes it that much easier to lug around. Overall, this feels like the king of wireless keyboards, given the feature set and performance. Key stiffness aside, the checks almost all the boxes for what a gaming keyboard should be. Highly recommended!

Nice evolution of the Pro series keyboard

I really like this evolution of the Logitech Pro series keyboards. I upgraded to this from the original pro (non x) keyboard and it has some nice improvements. First, this keyboard has swappable switches which is nice. Logitech doesn't explicitly state that they are compatible with other switches but they are compatible with most cherry style switches. You just need to make sure they are plate mounted switches, not PCB mounted, otherwise you will have to modify them to fit. Logitech themselves offers three switch variants for this keyboard, I went with their browns. More clicky than thocky but I do like the way the switches feel out of the box. The stabilizers for the space bar and shift keys are also more than acceptable out of the box in my opinion. They added a roller switch in the top right corner for volume level which is a welcome addition over my last pro keyboard. Also includes play, skip forward/back, and mute shortcut keys. Can be connected via their lightspeed wireless receiver, Bluetooth, or a USB C cord. This generation allows you to share the lightspeed receiver with certain other devices within the Logitech eco system. Unfortunately my Logitech Superlight mouse isn't on that list, not sure why they couldn't make it compatible, so make sure to check their compatibility list before if that is an important feature to you. Although my LAN party days are pretty much done and over with it does include a carrying case for transport as well which I thought was a nice inclusion. I have really enjoyed this keyboard, so if you are looking to upgrade I would recommend you consider this kit.

    TKL for the win

Going into using this new Logitech, I had an inherent bias against the TKL (Tenkeyless) because frankly I’ve always preferred keyboards with them (I know, I know, I'm way behind here). I use the 10-key pad a lot…but not in gaming. I didn’t really think about it, I just had 10 key keyboards, despite not using that function while gaming. So, although this was a new (and probably late) experience for me, it was a good one for sure. I don’t use the 10-key when playing, so it is actually kind of an extra extension of the keyboard that isn’t necessary. I found that the more compact size of the keyboard (despite not sacrificing on any other functions) was a great match up with gaming because it makes for less fatigue over long sessions. It seems like a small thing, but I found that it truly does make a difference. As far as the rest of the keyboard, it’s Logitech. In my view, no one beats them in gaming peripherals and the Pro X TKL is just another stellar example of that. And let’s keep in mind it’s wireless. That’s not always a plus in gaming but these days, wireless technology is pretty flawless and that was the case here. The keyboard synced up perfectly with zero delay. Between the TKL, lightspeed connection, and mechanical keys, you will not find a smoother experience in keyboards for gaming. Cannot recommend enough, freaking loving it.

Logitech - PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless Keyboard

Logitech - PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Keyboard is really awesome when using the G-Hub Logitech software. Software - very customizable and can be used with "templates" for Game mode you can lock the keyboard so only the game keys are active while playing. You can unlock to use as a regular keyboard. The colored lights on the keyboard are amazing with a few choice options. Easy to upgrade the software which in turns gives great enhancements to the keyboard. Hardware - Keys are fluid and very mechanical in their feel and touch. Very accurate, I am using the keyboard to type this review and feel very natural and precise. I have the ability to correct any typos with ease. The keyboard is of a quality build and very durable. Packaging and case - The packaging of this keyboard was very impressive. There is a great case that comes with the keyboard to hold the USB stick and USB C cable used to charge and provide less delays in Game play. Game play - Playing while using this keyboard is a great time. Being able to lock the keys you don't use on the keyboard while playing keeps from being distracted. Highly recommend this keyboard for anyone who wants to keep their lighting at a minimum while playing games or typing school papers, etc. Very nicely done Logitech!

For what it costs? It's going back.

Thought I'd be okay with a TKL, but I was wrong. From a couple G915's that died because of a little water intrusion? Love the G915, but they're so overpriced for what they are. I thought I could use the smaller KB, the size is nice, but I hate the keypress. Not having the number keys feels wrong. The fact that the KB came with a semi-hard case? What? Why would it come with a case? It's not advertised as a portable KB? Paying for a lesser keyboard, to get a cool case? Not what I was expecting. This keyboard is okay. It's certainly not luxury. It's a hundred bucks cheaper than the G915, but that's just making me look for another brand. Gaming doesn't seem to mean what it used to. I'm very disappointed in Logitech. Price does not equal performance.
