Spotty Connection?

When I tried to use it again three weeks later, it stopped connecting after 10 minutes. I was mid-presentation and couldn't troubleshoot, but I am considering returning it instead of taking a chance again. Side note--I was working on a deadline when looking for this item, so Best Buy's "order online/pick up same day in store" option was worth the extra cost at the time, but similar items can be found on Amazon for half the price.

Also, make sure other electrical devices at least 8 inches (20 cm) away from the USB receiver. It works...but it depends

It helps, but I can not go more than 10 meters far from the computer or it won't work. Sometimes, one click and nothing happens. Then more than one click and goes two slides. Maybe with a little more money, other options would not have that problem

Great with one exception
