    I was looking for a laser pointer that could project on a flat screen monitor and it failed in that department. I had read reviews on this product before I bought it and it did not match up on what I read about this. On top of that when I pointed at a chalkboard you could just barely see it. The only thing I like about it is the timer.

      Hello, Very sorry to hear that the Professional Presenter wasn't what you were looking for. This presenter uses a Class 2 Green laser which makes it easy for your audience to see exactly what you're pointing to especially when presenting in brightly lit rooms or on to plasma/LCD displays. If this hasn't been the case and you're wanting a better way to point out things during your presentations, then perhaps you should check Logitech's Spotlight Presentation Remote. The Spotlight features a digital pointer with customizable options like highlighting, magnifying, and illuminating.     Most people believe green laser pointers are better than red. Certainly this one works well. The USB dongle stores inside so you don't lose it. Unfortunately, I've only had it two weeks and the battery is done.

    Good buy, but users should know that this works with PC only and not Macs. Happy with the purchase since I knew I was buying it for the PC. There are other ones available from Targus that will work for both PC & Mac.

    I've had several different ones and this is my favorite for teaching. The green light shows up on LED screens very well. Only problem is the on off switch slides easily which causes the battery to die.
