The Logitech folio keyboard is durable and gives me confidence that my tablet is secure during travel and home use. It fits securely around the device. I only wish there was a way to get the keyboard not to type when I fold the casing back to utilize the touchscreen.

This rugged keyboard folio from Logitech is an absolute beast of a case to protect your iPad from any accidental drops while holding your device. You cannot beat a Logitech case for protecting an iPad and this one makes some serious promises and seems to over deliver. On the box it advertises drop protection up to 6.6 feet. Now I'm not about to drop an iPad deliberately from that height but based on feel and appearance I do not doubt this could handle a drop from that height. Or higher. Unlike a lot of other keyboard case out there the one thing that stands out to me is that there is not a lot of added weight when using this. When using the attached keyboard part (which can be removed) typing is effortless and a pleasure to use. Key travel is more than adequate with a solid feel. The trackpad is smoothe and rather responsive. The case uses the Smart Connector and does not have a significant impact on battery life. The fabric material the case is covered with provides some extra grip when using your iPad and the kickstand enables you to prop it up to the correct typing angle and well as using you iPad to watch videos. Overall another excellent Logitech case!

It’s ok. When you pick it up it’s floppy not rigid but my friend said it works fine.

It’s hard to write with it, it’s in deed rugged though, seems very resistant

Although this folio is designed for the new iPad, it simply does not work with it. I had to take it back to the store and get the one Apple designed.

Connected at first then keypad became real sluggish. Could not figure out. So returned it. Need instructions on programming settings.

Out of the box this doesn’t really give you the “rugged” feel. It feels a little flimsy. Once you get your iPad in there it does give it a little bit more of a solid feel. I wouldn’t drop my iPad from more than a few feet and expect it to survive. The case itself is pretty minimalistic. No flashy design or anything which I do like. Your iPad snaps into the hard plastic shell and then you can pair the built-in keyboard and you are ready to go. One thing I love about it is the magnetic latch that it has on the case. It keeps the case securely closed and you can easily flip the latch out of the way when you are using the iPad. I found the keyboard works very well. I didn’t have any problems with it cutting out or anything like that. Unlike other cases that have a battery in them, this pulls power directly from the iPad. I love this because you don’t have to worry about keeping another device charged. I didn’t notice any significant battery drain in my iPad either. It lasted just as long as it normally does without the case attached. Lighted keys would have been a nice touch, but I know that would significantly decrease the battery life, so I know that those aren’t always included. Overall, it’s a very nice case and I would recommend checking it out if you have a new iPad.

Space bar horror. I had a Logitech keyboard a few years ago and the space bar never worked. Happened again so no improvement on their part. This one was returned and I will never buy a Logitech again

This Logitech Rugged Folio for iPad 10th Generation is great so far. It offers great protection that apparently exceeds Military Standard. I specifically wanted a case with great protection because of my kids. The keyboard is spill proof. I have not had any accidents so far but it is great to have that extra protection. It is definitely a plus. I like how you can fold the keyboard over and it stays put due to the strong magnets. The keyboard keys are quiet when clicking so it does not disturb those around you. Nice feature. I am a huge fan of the built in screen shot button. It is so much more convenient than pressing the power and home buttons simultaneously on the iPad. I have never had a case with a built-in keyboard where the case does not have to be charged. This is great! No extra cables to carry because the power is sourced directly from the iPad. Overall this is definitely a great alternate third party case that will not only go well with your iPad but it will be protected years to come.

The folio for 10th gen IPAD does not fit the 10th gen IPAD !! Thus a waste of time and effort.

I didn’t like this cover do to no mouse pad. So I returned it.

Absolutely fantastic setup. The materials used feel premium. Packaging was good. Kickstand works well for video calls. The buttons are easy to access and use. The power is uncovered as it needs the fingerprint reader open. Connector is easy to connect and plug into. This hold the pencil well. I cannot emphasize how sturdy this case is. I have dropped it off the bed of my truck which sits about 5 feet off the ground and the tablet survived, this was no accident or staged, It worked as designed. The keyboard works really well and offers great tactile feedback. I am in fact typing on this as I am writing this review. To put this case through its paces, I spilled water on the keyboard keyboard seems to still be working fine with little to no stick, and is as responsive as when I first received. I highly encourage anyone looking for a case keyboard combo for the new 10th GEN iPad to really consider this option. It works as designed as I advertised from what I can tell and it’s rugged enough to meet life’s demands

The Logitech Rugged Folio is not just a rugged iPad case and keyboard, it looks stylish and fancy. I feel like it adds to the overall aesthetic of the iPad. It is reported that the Logitech Rugged Folio can handle a drop from 6 1/2 feet, which is amazing, since I am under 6 foot, so it should be able to handle any accidental drops I have. Overall, I love the feel of the keys, and it is definitely a keyboard I could use for extended periods of time. As a writer on the side, this is what I need: a professional look that can easily be whipped out. The magnetic latch mikes it stay secured, but easy to open at a moments notice. Combining that with it resistance to drop damage, and it means that I can get in there and get the pictures I need without worry, and then fall back and write my story and submit it from the site of whatever event I am writing about. I have been a huge fan of Logitech products for years, nd the Rugged iPad Folio case is no exception. I highly recommend it for casual or business use.

This is a very rugged and portable case for your iPad 10th Generation. I really like the quality build materials used and the utility of the case is purpose-built. There is a very sturdy clamp that holds the case shut via magnets and also holds your Apple Pencil or Logitech Crayon. There's also a kickstand that uses a magnet to keep it flush on the back of the case when its not in use. The kickstand can adjust to many different levels of viewing though not quite as infinite as some other tablets. It's good enough for most angles and (depending on your preference) you most likely wont notice the missing angles. The drop protection at 6.6' would amazing for a phone case but this is an iPad case so it's pretty much unheard of. The fact that you can drop your iPad from over six feet high and have it virtually unscathed demands a little engineering appreciation. Logitech really did a great job with this case. I wish it had backlighting but I can see how it was left out as this keyboard case is powered by the iPad only via Smart Connector Technology. I can't deduct a star for lack of backlight when the primary function of protection is so good. I highly recommend this case if you want the best possible drop protection for your iPad.

I am a big fan of Logitech products and can safely that this keyboard did not disappoint. I haven't tried any third party keyboards for any of my Apple products so this was a brand new experience for me. The most important thing in a keyboard is obviously the feel and typing of the keyboard. The keystrokes feel super solid and not mushy, you can tell the keyboard of a solid quality material with little to no flex. I was up to my full typing speed within minutes. The magnet is super strong and has a strong click attachment to the iPad so there's no worry if the keyboard moving around while typing. To be clear though, this isn't just a keyboard. It has a trackpad, acts as a very durable case and can even be converted into a stand. I'm super glad this is battery-less, just simply attach and turn on. The look of the case is fantastic, the fit is nice and clean. The quality of the touchpad is decent, its more than enough for simple use. TL;DR: Logitech has created a great all-in-one case/keyboard/stand/trackpad. When you buy this, you're getting 4 fantastic uses in one purchase.

This is a great case for iPad (10th gen) that really turns your iPad into what is basically a functioning laptop computer. When you open the box, all you get is the keyboard case and the paperwork. There is nothing else. The case is your typical space gray color and fits VERY snugly to the iPad. The keyboard is not detachable, but is integral. The "keys" are not typical typing keys, but more of a rubber keypad. This makes the keyboard waterproof which is a plus. The case advertises that it exceeds military grade specifications, but it does not list which official certifications it meets, if any. Typing is responsive, but the keys are not backlit, which is a key missing feature for me. With no actual keys, typing in the dark is absolutely impossible. Your experience may be different, but the feel just wasn't there to be able to type 100% by feel. Because of this, along with the lack of detachability, I am going to take a star. The case is very strong and durable, but I feel there are better options.

I needed a cover/keyboard that did NOT require Wi-Fi to energize the keyboard, and this was the only one carried by Best Buy. It appears very tough, was fairly easy to put on, and the keyboard works flawlessly.

Nice Keyboard especially for kids. Children have their occasional spills. Thankfully this keyboard won't be damaged for the next accident. The only drawback is I thought this keyboard came with a trackpad. Otherwise very nice keyboard with durable design.
