Sold mouse with dead battery

However, the battery inside the mouse was dead. A representative on the chat said I needed to reach the manufacturer. I asked for a new battery or a small refund to buy it. Answer was no. Best buy is responsible for selling merchandise that has been in their stock for more than 2 years. I am both disappointed and frustrated and will avoid Best Buy for any future purchase. I do not recommend order online to anyboday.

I changed the battery and also used the adapter so it wasnt bluetooth. Ive restarted my computer and it did not help
