I wanted something a little sturdier for a case and I also wanted a keyboard. This is both in one. While the connection is not as "tight" as a Surface it does the job. Allows my to type when i want to and to remove it for just a tablet. 4 stars due to the lack of robust connection to the iPad.

Definitely much more convenient to use this keyboard compared to typing on the screen.

If you're looking for a keyboard for your iPad Pro 10.5, look no further. This keyboard combo is great, I like the fact that it uses the dock connector on the iPad for power and that the keyboard comes off so that you can watch movies without having the keyboard in the way. The back has a tilting feature similar to the Microsoft Surface so the angle is easily adjustable. Better than the Apple keyboard in my opinion.

I am not a big fan of the combo, but it was the only hard case with keyboard available at the time. I only use the screen. I like I can adjust the angle. I seldom carry the keyboard. The whole system is on the heavy side.
