Lasted 7 months and zero support from Logitech
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially this keyboard was just what I needed but it completely stopped working earlier this month and I have gotten zero help from Logitech in spite of the one year warranty claim. Tried to research fixes online but only found lots of other buyers who have received no help or response from Logitech. I tried to use the company’s online chat to get help and was in a 17 minute queue. When the 17 minutes was finally up it reverted to another 17 minute queue without explanation. Next tried the email support option. Four days later I am still waiting. Not a single key is operational on this keyboard.

Not the most convenient keyboard

I needed to use it for work, the field, etc. I felt like it was too delicate and needed to return it. If there was some way to keep my iPad “safe” away from my house .....ah no, not for me

Not Sturdy

Certainly couldn't put this on my lap sitting up in bed. I would recommend it to anyone who plans on using it on hard surfaces. Me, I travel and move around too much, and need something sturdier.

Not the best keyboard

The problem is that the stand and magnet need to be on a flat surface to use and stay together. It is impossible to use lying in bed or in a chair w/o a desk because it detaches and is wobbly. Ended up buying a much better case and keyboard online.

Disappointing

Very disappointed with this design: too thick--absolutely negates the advantage of the thinner iPad--and iPad fell out of the case on several occasions. They missed it on this one. Returned it and went with the Apple Smart Keyboard.

texture makes it easy to drop

It also seems kinda clumsy when opening up the stand. My main complaint is that texture makes it slippery and easy to slip out of your hand.
