Keys fell off

Within a month or less the keys were falling off the keyboard- shame otherwise would have been a good product.

At times, the connection is not too strong which places the iPad at risk for falling apart. The case itself is sturdy if using the iPad without the keyboard. The stand does not always work.

Not a fan of the kickstand

Volume control?

No longer works after 1 year, massive letdown

I even checked the two included CR2032 3V coin-cell batteries (which Logitech says will last 4 years) and they’re still good, but the keyboard no longer turns on and the LED no longer lights up no matter what troubleshooting steps we take. For a $100 purchase, this was a waste of money and a colossal disappointment for a brand that I used to trust.

Broke in less than a year.

While it still sort of hold the iPad 10.5 Pro, if often comes loose and I'll have to push the iPad back in 2-4 times a week. It's gotten to a point that I don't trust it to protect my iPad Pro and I'm in the market for a better case. Just buy the Apple Keyboard instead. At least Apple ensures their products last.

Does not fit iPad 10.5

It did not fit the iPad at all. One corner would snap in but when you try to snap in the other corners the first ones pop out no matter how much you try to manipulate it and also not break the iPad. The iPad will not seat securely and almost fell out. Very disappointed.
