The keyboard slips off too easily and caused the iPad section to slip out, hit the ground and break the glass - I only owned the case and iPad 2 days when it fell apart. you have to be careful when picket it us as the keyboard can pop out easily.

Doesn't fit iPad correctly. Don't trust and is now in bottom drawer.

Too thick and offered no protection to the iPad. Worked great outside of that.

This case did not fit my iPad and did not work well.

I was looking for a case and this doesn’t work like that. I had to take it off and put the case on when done with ipad. It has been in the original box since the day after purchase

Magnets are not strong enough to hold the device to the folio. iPad separates from folio with little to no pressure. Save yourself the trouble...don't buy this. I returned mine, and it looked like there was another return at the counter at that time.

I'm not sure how people are having this "disconnect" and "pop off" of the ipad while they're typing. Unless they have this on some really soft surface, in which case that may happen with any magnetically connected keyboard. On a desk, it's solid. Just like a laptop. Much like the MIcrosoft Surface, this isn't lappable though, and for the exact same reasons. But I wasn't looking for something to make my iPad into a laptop - just something to make my iPad pro more usable in situations where I may be traveling and don't feel like dragging my laptop and accessories with. And for that, this nails it pretty well. Keyboard is surprisingly responsive and comfortable to use. I am a very fast touch typist so that's critical to me. I like all the quick feature keys on top, which was one of the biggest reasons I picked this over the Apple version. Not having to deal with keeping a bluetooth keyboard charged was another factor I liked about this. Nothing is worse than needing the keyboard and realizing it wasn't charged recently. Unlike the Apple keyboard, this has a case for full all around protection from scratches, but this isn't a Pelican case, so don't drop it... It adds bulk, but this isn't my daily case so I don't care. I have a slim leather case and cover that I use when i don't need a keyboard and want portability, but this thicker case will still be less than I deal with lugging around my laptop. I have to return mine though, bought new but apparently Best Buy thinks someone's returned items that aren't even resealed should count as "new" but other than Best Buy failing, I don't really have any complaint about this keyboard.

The Logitech product seems a good option BUT the key broke within one day -- just popped off the keyboard. We hope Best Buy will replace it. But we live very far from the nearest store so it is a major inconvenience.

It worked fine for about 3 days, but after that it would not come on. It snaps onto the special connectors of the iPad so there was nothing to setup or charge. It was returned.

Forced to buy because old style 1 piece hard cover not available for the pro. Constantly falling apart, stand terrible and most of the time key board don't charge with IPad

Seemed to work well but died within 6 months. I’ve usually had good luck with their products but not this one.

Not a big problem with the keyboard but this cover does nothing to put the ipad to sleep while closed. Battery is dead everytime I go to use my ipad. Will be returning.

Top and bottom don’t stay together. They come apart easily so you end up with two halves, not a whole case. Terrible waste of money.

Kept it less than a week- Not of substance- really need staff who know what is a good fit for products- needed a mac case

Does not stand up except on a desk. Only two positions. Clunky and heavy. Not worth the money at all. Much better options that can be used as a laptop.

A couple of the keys fell off. I was able to put a few back but now my keyboard is missing one. There are no replacement parts for it either.

I bought this thinking it would be great but it flopped down unless you are on a totally flat surface. Really not a great product at all

Had to replace it with a ZAGG product that actually works.

Several of the keys on the key pad came off and it's impossible to put them back in their spot.
